I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Grove Dodge over the past 10 years, and I have been a returning costumer time after time. I have always found the staff to be pleasant to deal with, answered my questions and simply put, genuinely interested in helping me. Recently I took my 2010 Dodge 2500 Ram in for long overdue servicing. I dealt with a very delightful service lady, Annette, and she provided me with regular updates, listened to my concerns, and had the truck finished on time and within my budget. Previously, I dealt with Vincent, who was also very good to work with for my wife's Jeep Compass. Grove Dodge have wonderful people working for them now, I certainly hope they stay around.

I recently bought a new 3500 Ram from Roman and he did not hesitate to ensure that my experience was the best it could be. It was great that Roman was able to benefit from this sale as I was in the dealership in 2016 but the numbers didn't work with an early lease buyout on my Silverado. Even then, Roman was a great salesman. we were so happy with Grove Dodge that my wife and I decided to trade in her Kia Sorrento for a 2017 1500 Ram Sport. Cole was helpful, easy going, and friendly. It was nice to work with a non-pushy salesperson who listened to and provided exactly what I wanted in my new vehicle. He was easy to work with, and did what he said he would do, which is hard to find in this industry.

After going through a horrible experience with a few car dealers here in Edmonton, finally found a dealership with an awesome service. Set an appointment and met Warren who is really awesome but since he was a bit busy and didn't want me to wait he coordinated me with Cole who is also another great guy. Going through all the process was great, Cole showed me the exact units that I asked from Warren. After 3 to 4 hours including the test drive and negots the transaction was completed. Marcello from the finance department, what can I say to the guy??? Another awesome person to deal with. I went to Grove Dodge with the intent purchasing used Ram 2500. Before I arrived it was sold, leaving me quite disappointed. Mike Polny worked hard to identify what I REALLY needed. Once we determined that, he wheeled out a truck that was just right for me, and in my price range. Mike connects with his customer on a personal level and sincerely tries to do right by them. To demonstrate their team mentality at Grove dodge, I had brought my 3 year old boy with me that morning. Roman Karpinskyy helped keep him entertained while Mike and I viewed vehicles. And what is more, Roman volunteered this service and my boy was immediately comfortable with him. Huge win there! The next piece of the teamwork puzzle was Diya Jaber, who wrapped up the deal for me. He was agreeable, and worked very hard to find a price we could both agree one. Once the deal was done, he didn't stop there. The next day when I went to pick up the truck, he went over and above and picked up some of the tab for some accessories I was purchasing from Parts. I must say that I have purchased a great many vehicles over the years, and the team at Grove Dodge was far and away the most personable, hard working, and efficient sales team I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Have been looking for a truck that would pull my travel trailer. I looked at several hundred on line and a couple dozen in person before finding what I was looking for at Grove Dodge.
