I booked in for an oil change and tire rotation as my service contract covers both. They didn’t do the tire rotation because they deemed it unnecessary and didn’t inform me at pickup. This is the second time this has happened. BUT they did splash off my vehicle when they were done. Which was lovely!

I would not have had to go into the service department if they would have given the courtesy to tell me that I needed to get an alignment as often as Dodge recommends. Never heard anything about this till my front tires were done, now I have a $3100 bill
