TERRIBLE service.
TERRIBLE service. Took 8 hours to do a 2 hour inspection and oil change. Dropped the vehicle off at 8:00am and when I called at noon for the status I was told to call at 3:00pm. Called at 3:00 and was told by 4:30pm when the mechanics finished their shift. I was charged over $100 more than the estimate. I will NEVER visit them again and will advise others not to waste their time.

Not impressed with the level of intelligence shown at
Not impressed with the level of intelligence shown at this dealership. Needless to say I won't be darkening their doors ever again. We'll start with my son's purchase of a used Chrysler 300. I told him to have the dealership put on All weather tires and he had that added to the purchase price. They installed all season tires instead of all weather tires. When I asked the salesman said that the tires on it were really good so no one knew why he wanted new tires. I said because he wanted the 3Peak mountain symbol for winter driving, not M+S tires. Now we have to go buy winter tires elsewhere. Now for my wife's Jeep, very little communication on their part. I had to go ask them when the running boards will be in because they were supposed to be in Monday. The salesman went to find out and instead of coming back and telling me he phones my wife to tell that they're in. She messaged me to tell me that. So I then asked what about the mudflaps we wanted on it too, he said he didn't know anything about mudflaps. But when we were dealing on it we said we wanted: a tow hitch, tow package wiring, mud flaps amd the 3M film protection. He even wrote it down. So now I have to purchase aftermarket mudflaps because he screwed up. Now for my 2023 Ram. I was charged $24 over and above for my wheel alignment because the steering wheel was crooked from th factory and I had asked for it to be straightened when they did the alignment. I guess to them that's worth an extra $24 in charges. Well that was the straw that broke the camel's back, I'm done with Stellantis products. When it's time to buy a new truck I'll be buying something else. Thank you for low quality and even lower customer service

A simple battery problem turned into the worst customer
A simple battery problem turned into the worst customer service experience ever. Too much staff turnover in service department probably resulting from very poor leadership, from the General Manager to the Service Manager! They don’t tell the truth, they don’t return calls and don’t care about their customers. It took 4 days to replace a battery. 3 days later they got the vehicle back because brand new battery was dead again. Then took 7 weeks to get it fixed. If we would not have called & called & called & emailed & called, we would still be waiting. Instead of admitting they lost our work order & had to order part again, they lied and said it wasn’t in! Everyone there, including the General Manager & especially Service Manager needs to take a course on customer service and how important it is to retain your customers. Be careful dealing with this dealership and if you have to, make sure you follow up on everything they tell you. Very, very disappointing!

Nice price but the quoter gave me the wrong quote don't do that vehicle was slightly over my budget because of that. Overall helped pick a good vehicle for me

Good efficient service with clear language. Prices were high as they are in a dealership but the service quality was high.

The cost of services is getting too much.
The cost of services is getting too much. As vehicle owner have to constantly assess whether the recommendations are legit. In addition the time taken for basic services: oil change is long and unpredictable duration

I have taken my truck in twice within the last two months
I have taken my truck in twice within the last two months for an issue. Both times they were diagnosed wrong. The first time was a $700 “fix” the second time was a $3000 “fix”. I took their advice as experts and moved forward with the fixes. After the second “fix” and $3700 I still have the same issue. I also have had issues with the timelines that were given to me, however the service manager was good in rectifying that concern.
