I had a Transport Canada Recall on my car.

I had a Transport Canada Recall on my car. Potential engine oil leak can be a fire hazard. When I brought it in, there was no leak. When I left, there was a leak. I told Karen that this was a negligence issue and she didn't care. Called GM. Told me to take car to a dealership to see what the problem was. Took it to a trusted mechanic. Oil was smoking so it was obvious that leak came from area which was serviced. I ended up buying new gaskets and was shocked when I took off the old part that Sadlon did not install a gasket (part of recall). I should have done the work my self in the first place. Wanted to report Sadlon but the only recourse I had was to sue them. Not worth my time. Tried to speak with Paul Sadlon Jr. Did not return my call. TFSA does not licence auto mechanics. Two other Ontario government offices repeatedly told me it wasn't their responsibility but the "other" office's responsibility. I will never go to their service department again.

I bought a new truck in 2022.

I bought a new truck in 2022. A model change occurred before my truck came in and they did not update the specs for the truck box length on the new truck . I was not made aware that they had ordered a small box instead of a medium box length. When I picked up the new vehicle I did not notice the error. Once realized the sales rep did not apologize or admit to their mistake even with proof on the original sales slip. They refused to make any amendments to get me the proper new truck. I will not be buying a truck there ever again.

I cannot say enough good things about Owen Ferguson from

I cannot say enough good things about Owen Ferguson from Paul Sadlon Motors. He really listened to what I was looking for, and took my budget into consideration when helping me find a new vehicle that I absolutely love! He was very patient and never made me feel pressured and answered all of my questions and concerns. They don't make 'em like Owen anymore. There is no one that I would rather recommend my friends and family go to when looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Owen!!

Owen Ferguson found us what we wanted and led the whole

Owen Ferguson found us what we wanted and led the whole process through the Paul Sadlon team making it pleasant, seamless, and easy. He is the primary reason for my 5 star rating for Paul Sadlon Motors. With his assistance we were able to get into a new car in a matter of days. It's Q4 of 2022 and everywhere else we looked we were told a new car in our budget needed to be pre-ordered for future delivery, often months off and at a new higher MSRP. Within a couple days Owen called to say he found us a unicorn, the very make and model all others said were impossible. And his team had it ready to take home the next day. Perfect!

My daughter purchased a new vehicle through Joe Stellato

My daughter purchased a new vehicle through Joe Stellato so Joe has been keeping an eye out for a good used vehicle for me. Joe has been great in helping us with any of our inquiries, and his friendly attitude is outstanding. Even the staff in the service department have been great with taking care of my daughters car. Hats off to Paul Sadlon Motors.

Very great service when you want to buy a car!

Very great service when you want to buy a car! When comes to charge you it’s quick and easy! But get ready to wait “forever “ whet you need to fix something that is covered under warranty! After 2 years BOTH rare lights are failing. For some reason service was done only to the left one… same car, same issue, same warranty! And no distinct explanation provided. Very poor service and I would not recommend anyone to bring a car here for diagnostic.
