Had a vehicle recall for airbag issues and brought my truck into Paul Sadlon, where I purchased it. After having the airbag issue addressed I noticed my airbag light was on in my truck. I called Paul Sadlon service to advise them and they without hesitation indicated, " it wouldn't be from the service done to the passenger side airbag install, so we would have to hook it up for a diagnostics check, and that's $124.00" All I can say is really.....what customer service. In response I advised them I would never purchase another vehicle from Paul Sadlon. Signed, Unfreakinbelievable!
