Took my 2014 Mazda CX5 in for check engine light.

Took my 2014 Mazda CX5 in for check engine light. Needed a lot of work done fuel injectors etc. Aaron at the service Center was very helpful dealing with my extended warranty. He was able to get me a loaner car and kept me up to date with the process. Just got it back and it’s running like a dream! It was even washed and vacuumed!

I found everyone very helpful and attentive.

I found everyone very helpful and attentive. It’s always a little stressful when you go to a car lot but the vibe there is pretty competent. Thanks Tyler, Brent and McCrae who I kept calling Mercedes (sorry dear) for your advice and time. It was so good to see Mike Harris again. He is a down to earth guy and always feels like family to me.

How does everyone feel about car salesmen?

How does everyone feel about car salesmen? If your goal is to have a seamless experience. Tyler Polywkan at Harris Mazda is exceptional. He went overboard to get me the car that I was in love with. The next day after purchase he was quick on any answers that I had and the service dept spent all the time I needed to learn about a newer car when Tyler was with another customer. He appeared immediately afterward and made sure I had all the info and then provided some more great info. Go see this guy and be treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for great service.

It’s shameful (and embarrassing for them) that places

It’s shameful (and embarrassing for them) that places like this can run. I have purchased a used car before (which it had more kms) and I left the lot not having to replace anything for years. Driving on the highway with my new and more expensive car, the rotors were warped. Very dangerous. Ok. They fixed it. To note: when I said this the sales people said “wow that’s fast that they responded in 2 days”, and laughed. Also, I had to call back because I was told this had to be discussed with sales and service. They made it seem like they were doing me a favour by not paying the 700 dollar bill. Think about that… I had the car a day. Their infamous words are something like “our certified mechanics do checks, blah ,blah”. They sold me a car that was not properly checked and if it was then they purposely put it on the lot for profit knowing so (disgusting). Fast forward to a month later I need to get two wheel bearings fixed to which the service tech at another place said “wow there’s so much play”. I go to Mazda and my sales rep Tyler jokingly said, “ya when my brothers bearings went he just turned up the music”. He just sold me this car so that was definitely something that I wanted to hear. This is all without considering the shadiness both the dealer and one finance lady displayed. Now I need to replace the brakes after owning it for three months. There is also a whistling that comes from my car and even though it was “checked” I would literally not trust a single (emphasis one single) word that comes out of anyone’s mouth. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND never purchasing a car from them, but if you do make sure it is brand new and make then give you everything you want on top of that. Anyways, I am disgusted and again, embarrassed for them that they feel to empowered in selling cars that are not road safe and that they pride themselves on scamming people. Mazda should be ashamed. Ps. There’s so much more none- sense that goes into this, it’s just to much to relay in this text box.

Sales team will trip over each other to sell you a car; however, that is where your good experience will end! Service Department and GM could care less if you have a bad experience. Did not get the overall sense of sincerity nor caring. Lack of customer service is an understatement....

Very candid and honest sales team.

Very candid and honest sales team. No nonsense or old-school 1970s bargaining techniques. Would recommend at least exloring options with them.

They were very patient with me trying to find a new vehicle that fit within the narrow window that appealed to me. They helped define what that was and provided a few options before we found the ideal vehicle.
