Always a good experience

Justin helped me back in 2014 with leasing a new car, and I came back to him again this year to lease because of his honest advice and thorough knowledge; He was able to read my personality and help me make smart choices in regards to make of car, upgrades, and payment terms. He took the time to ask the right questions and get to know my lifestyle before we both came to a decision on the perfect vehicle that met my needs.

Great Experience!

Outstanding! Overall a fantastic experience!

From the moment we walked into HMP, all the staff were very friendly towards us. Dan Brannon took the time to slowly answer all of our questions, he's a definite asset to HMP. We were all shocked when we can back for our second visit, and your administration assistant Anne Sullivan remembered all of our names, very nice touch!

Great service, very personable, friendly and helpful staff.

We purchased a few years ago, a 2013 Suburban and will certainly purchase our next vehicle for this dealership. All of our vehicles are now serviced at HMP and I can not say enough about the great service, knowledgeable staff and personable atmosphere within the dealership. We have dealt with staff from all departments and have been very happy with all of our interactions. Great dealership.

A very satisfied Customer

What a great experience buying a vehicle. We emailed looking for a quote on a vehicle and very quickly Dan Brannon responded back with all the info we needed. We made several changes and he responded each time. We went in and looked at the vehicle and talked to Bill Vandeworp and decided on something different and he again Dan emailed all the particulars. By the time we got to the dealership we had all the information and questions answered what a time saver. Once we picked up the vehicle Dan was very thorough in going through all the paperwork and then going through the features of the vehicle.

Another great purchase experience

We first discovered Chuck Erb at HMP in 2002, and we can’t say enough positive words about him, Anne, Tim, and the HMP team. Every vehicle we have purchased since then has been from Chuck, including a new Cadillac a few weeks ago. Chuck has earned our trust and loyalty through his friendly service, straightforward and honest approach, and willingness to go the extra mile to make the sales process as smooth as possible. Whether we are purchasing a vehicle or looking for service, HMP is always our first choice. HMP is a first-class dealership, and definitely worth the drive from the city (we would even drive past other GM dealers to purchase from HMP). HMP’s slogan is "where friendships begin" … and that has certainly been our experience. Thank you.

As always the staff are amazing always going the extra mile

I originally let my friend Susan Ridell in the business dept know I was looking..She informed Vhuck Rrb that I was looking..then I looked online for the specs on the TRAX..sent in the request and Chuck Erb contacted me.He has been our 'go to ' salesman for many years... a deal was made..and he personally delivers my vehicle to me. And helped me set up all the on star etc.

Awesome Experience

Justin Parker and Susan Riddell make a great team. This is the second and third car I have purchased from Justin, I walk in on a Saturday morning talked to Justin and Susan and walk out with a car for myself and one for my son. They make purchasing a car so easy and hassle free. It is always a pleasure to deal with HMP
