Our Sales Person was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure all our needs were met which made the sales experience a pleasure. All other staff we met in the Dealership were friendly and helpful. We love our new Equinox.

Salesmen Braedon Erb was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating. Never felt pressured like some in your face salesmen. He showed us what was available then let us decide what vehicle we were interested in. Very impressed. Very fair trade in unlike another dealer we visited.

Overall, good help & friendly staff. Emails with my questions were answered promptly. Truck was in fair condition upon arrival, however, marks on the seats are present.

This experience was enhanced by the level of service and outstanding ability to listen to what my lifestyle requires of a vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

We live out of town so getting things organized and set up in advance was important for me. I knew this was a great dealership and I wanted to do business with them even though we lived 2 hours away. Chuck and Susan helped make sure everything was set for me and when I arrived at the dealership we grabbed the keys and headed to the car - it couldn't have been easier! We have dealt with Huron Motor Products for a number of years. The staff is welcoming and the service is excellent..We make our appointments with Chuck Erb. He is always helpful and goes above and beyond to find you the vehicle that best suits your needs or desires. We spoke to him a couple of weeks ago and today my new ride is sitting in my driveway. All I had to do was go and pick it up, Chuck had looked after everything. I even received a delicious box of chocolates..Thanks again Chuck I love my new ride 👍

My visits to HMP whether for purchases or for maintenance have always been enjoyable. The staff at the dealership (including reception, service, sales and management are all knowledgeable, pleasant, accommodating and helpful. I have referred several friends to HMP and they have all made a purchase and made essentially the same comments as above.
