This is a review of Miya Johnson. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Kelowna Chevrolet. Miya was the sales person that helped me purchase the vehicle. Miya explained the process involved in purchasing a new vehicle and was enthusiastic and dedicated at assisting me in that purchase. Miya made sure that I always had the correct answers to my questions. Miya went over the features that were available and provided me with advice, from her own experience, so that I may make more informed decisions about which options to choose. The whole process from initial enquiry to purchase was very professional. As we had to get our new used vehicle detailed after purchase, the service section was also awesome!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased with Vikas at Kelowna Chev. He went above and beyond again to get me the answers I needed. He was very patient and not pushy as we took our time to think about the deal. I cant recommend him enough. I am sure we will be back again with Vik in the future.

After purchasing there was a issue with the original truck that at the time would have been a substantail repair the day after we picked up our truck. Jason Brent and Tom where great at soucing a replacement vehicle. As i travel up and down the valley for work. They made arrangements for a temp vehicle while we waited for delivery. The staff all made me feel at home and made the best of a situation that was totaly outside of thier control. This is hands down been the best experience. Has definatly restored confidence in the way it was handled and that we where taken care of. By the team there. After our family wasnt treated well by other dealerships in town and glad we went to see them here at kelowna chevy. Highly recommend. This post is very overdue but what can I say, life got away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before we were to leave for the lower mainland. I was ready to rent a vehicle but Jason arranged for a flat bed trailer to be delivered to my home in Vernon to not only pick up my broken Suburban for repair but to deliver me a beautiful new Tahoe to use for the weekend! He arranged this within a few hours! He went above and beyond! Thank you Jason! Although I haven't had 100% great service from Kelowna Chevrolet (service dept issues & a misogynistic sales manager who only shook my husband's hand not knowing it was actually me making the purchase) in the past but Jason's actions will def have me return when I'm ready to upgrade to a new Tahoe! Thanks Jason!!!!
