I visited Toyotatown in London to have the battery holder in my 2014 Rav 4 upgraded as part of a recall. The work was completed promptly at the correct scheduled time of my appointment. I purchased a new rubber strip for my driver's side wiper blade. It was installed at no additional charge.

Great salesman put me at ease and made me feel as though my business was important to them and that I was going to be looked after today and into the future.
