The whole shopping experience was excellent from start to finish. Tim was excellent to deal with. He knew his product and was very knowledgeable. He had all the information and details I was looking for. My wife and I are both very happy with our Toyota purchase.

Although my wife and I have been long term Mitsubishi owners ( 7 between us over the years) I was very disappointed in my last vehicle and desperately wanted to change. As Mitsubishi was unable or unwilling to correct my concerns I spent the next two years talking to other dealers to see what could be done. Needless to say with the amount owing on my last purchase there was not much hope in sight. I saw my first Scion FRS on a Saturday afternoon and was very intrigued. Visited Scion/Toyota Town on the Tuesday and found exactly what I wanted in the showroom. Although not optimistic as to the outcome we proceeded to process the deal. The team there went well above and beyond what I ever expected and with a great deal of work on their end the sale was made by the Thursday! Nicole (sales) seemed to understand EXACTLY what I wanted and was willing to do what was needed, Sean (finance) came in on his day off to work on the sale and Jackie (supervisor) made sure I spoke to the right people and helped remove some roadblocks that we encountered. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had and even if you were not considering a Toyota/Scion vehicle it is well worth your while when a team like this will take care of you.

Shawn worked really hard to help us decide what Toyota Vehicle would best meet our needs. Originally, we had thought that a 2014 Matrix was the best fit for our family but over time and after conversations and numerous opportunities to test drive a range of vehicles (new and used), we ended up purchasing a 2010 Corolla. With Shawn's help and patience, we were able to purchase the correct vehicle which meets our current needs. Shawn will definitely be the sales person at ToyotaTown that we will work with when we decide to update vehicles in the future.

I just bought a 2011 Toyota Camry, the colour and KM I was looking for. Steve was awesome to deal with. He knew his stuff. Very knowledgeable. He had all the information and details I was looking for. I had him working on a special price and he got it for me. He actually added some extra things to go with my deal. Frank Circelli was a great help in helping us choose our new car. He was very patient and knowledgeable; he took time out of his schedule to walk us through every feature of the car and even helped us link up our phones to the car's blue-tooth system. Jason talked to me in a professional and friendly manner which made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. After having issues elsewhere Jason made sure to take care of my problem.
