This was the first new car I have purchased. Shawn was very helpful in making my decision final. Shawn made the shopping/purchase less painful. The Toyota dealership was bright and inviting and everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful.

In March 2014 we took delivery of a Toyota Sienna minivan. Steve Chung happened to be who we dealt with there and he was extremely professional throughout the process. In no small way this played a role in arriving at the decision to buy the Toyota. There was no pressure nor badmouthing of the competition. A personal situation for me required some extra legwork at Steve's end which he did without complaint. Steve gave us all the information we needed in an honest and thorough way, letting us arrive at our decision on our own timetable. Great job Steve, thanks for looking after us! In March 2014, I had a very pleasant experience in the selection, negotiation and final delivery of a new Sienna at Toyota Town. Overall, I have found the staff very helpful in taking customer through the car purchase process without unnecessary pressure to buy. We mainly dealt with Nick during several visits to dealership in selecting the right automobile for our family.

Discovered a car I would like to see via Autotrader online. Received an email to my response within one hour. This was a first for me. Usually never received responses from other dealers. Was told Shawn would be available when I arrived. Shawn had everything ready to go for a test drive when I arrived. Shawn was very knowledgeable about the Camry. Shawn is a very friendly individual and cannot do enough for you. I made the choice to buy a 2011 Camry XLE and Shawn showed me all the functions within the car as well as helping me pair up my phone to the audio system. We found ourselves in need of a "new to us" vehicle in a hurry after an accident. We had attended this dealer ship on two occasions to test drive compact cars. The second time we attended this dealership, it was to make a final decision and purchase. We had the great pleasure of working with Nicole Levassuer through this process.
