Arnold is the most helpful person you can ask for. I came back to him after trading in my car and he made everything into a smooth transition along with the help of Heather. I could not be more pleased on how helpful this team is and how Arnold is there help with your needs on looking for the right car.

Issue #1 My SUV was leaking oil and they kept telling me it was residual oil, I had to use my time to go back to the dealership several times as the problem persisted. It wasn't until I said maybe it's the gasket? The problem was then fixed, it was a gasket. No apologies, no value add provided for all the time I wasted. Issue #2 I went into have my winters changed to summers they asked if I would like my tires balanced, I said yes. They changed my tires and balanced them AND then told me two of my tires were no longer road worthy... Why would they have not told me that prior to charging me 79 bucks or so for tire balancing when they knew full well I was only going to change them out? I relayed this frustrating to customer service, who said they would relay it to management and nothing... No apologies, no value add. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service within there service department. I understand this how they make there residual dollars but come on!!! This is just stealing. Never will I use or recommend Toronto Hyundai again. So disappointed.

On arrival I was greeted by salesperson Arnold Cabaiza. He asked me some questions to determine the right vehicle that would suite my needs then we went for a test drive with the 2018 Kona 1.6T Ultimate AWD. Perfect, just what I was looking for! He introduced me to the sales manager Lawrence Lam and financial manager Michael Smith. It was a pleasant experience and I purchased the vehicle. On the delivery day my car was ready on time and was spotless and shining. Arnold then introduced me to the customer service staff as well as the managers of all the departments. Setup an apointment for my first maintenance visit. Gave me an example of the cost for regular service intervals. I would like to thank the persons mentioned above for their friendly, courteous manner and helpful suggestions throughout this process.
