Looking for a used car is quite the journey. We had our minds on a used Honda Civic which sounds like a easy task. After many test drives and phone calls widly e found a possible match at St. James Volkswagen. Our sales representative was Mary, after the test drive we noticed some damage and pointed it out. The dealer fixed up the damage and drove it to my place of work for me to inspect. After we came to an agreement on price I asked to I could have the vehicle inspected by my mechanic. I received the OK and after the inspection a few minor problems came to light. The dealer took care of these.

From start to delivery of my new 2017 Jetta TSi 1.4 Trendline+, both Bryan & Steve made the buying process & everything in between, a total breeze ... From putting me in a loaner car to test drive & get a feel for it, to offering a loaner car while waiting for the delivery of mine, including going as far as arranging the return of the rental car I had rented from a rental agency on my behalf ... Hello: this is our second purchase at the St.James Audi. We were amazed by the hospitality from Rory Egan from Sales and Carl Realica at the service. Within two weeks of the purchase of the Q5, we have experienced the airbag alarm went off in the dashboard. The repair cost is about $600. Unfortunately, seatbelt and airbag repairs are not covered under extended warranty. But, with the help of Rory and Carl, the repair will be done at free of cost. What a happy news! Without any second thoughts or hesitation I will definitely approach Rory for my next purchase.

Good honest service that I received from Jeff both times when I was purchasing my new Audi's. I will highly recomend him to anyone in the marker for buying new or used Audi. He hass the knowledge and experience.

Great Service! I arrived after hours to see if I could have a headlight replaced. The Owner went out of his way to get a tech to replace BOTH of my headlights and then proceeded to wash my car. Amazing customer service, 100% recommended. Thanks again
