I would select no star (if there was this option)! I bought a Chrysler S200, and it was a total loss, it was still under warranty. I contacted them on many many occasions to request a refund on the unused portion of the warranty, all my attempts were unsuccessful. They completely ignored me! They are dishonest car dealership! To avoid at all costs!

I wiould have given this dealership a 5 star for all my

I wiould have given this dealership a 5 star for all my interactions I had with Mike. But in the end trying to purchase my vehicle there was mistakes after mistakes. Information was not given to me involving me driving to dealership a few times with end result of them not fixing the error after saying they would. Instead ignoring all my emails. Not professional at all. The mistake should have been rectified instead Usman brushes it off and now just doesn’t respond after he had asked me to find out how much it would cost to rectify it.

Bought I dodge ram in 2018 to use for my company Decided to buy it back for my personal use Misplaced my bill of sale that my accountant needed Call the dealership to request a copy of the original bill of sale Spoke to Stephanie in finance and was informed to send copy of licence driver before bill could be release emailed copy of drivers licence but she picked up that signature was no identical asked to submit a new signature which I did And receive a copy of my bill of sale all this was done within 24 hours Congratulations Stephanie you are a devoted eficiente employe To the management You have a good asset to your business what is very rare these days Congratulations Stephanie

Hurry up and waite!

If I may, I'd like to put in a 2 part review as I am currently still waiting to hear anything about my car that's bin there a week today. I work but dont live in the area kinda forcing me to stay local. Everything in my car I need so again keeping local is in my best interests. With full knowledge of the car and its issues, I'm still at a standstill with the identical issue I had with the car ending July into August. I'm too patient I think, and sleeping outside in -6 isdefinatley not recomeded. I will continue the end of my review as it plays out. Thanks in advance. H

Mike made buying a car (Jeep Wagoneer) as simple as I've

Mike made buying a car (Jeep Wagoneer) as simple as I've always wished. This purchase decision was unique in that I knew what I wanted and engaged Mike remotely. In past I've found reps won't take this type of outreach seriously. They typically want you to come in before they provide a price or value on your trade. Mike respected my time and interest from the first call engaging with me in ways that worked for me - including text messages, and emails. This saved me both time and frustration. I was a bit fearful that when I went to pickup the car and handle paperwork (which was the first time I visited the dealership) that the process would go back to old school car buying, but I was in and out in no time. Paperwork was ready to be signed, and the car was ready with a quick but thorough walk through of how it worked. Later that day as I had little questions about features Mike continued to support me by text with the answers to keep me going. I don't know I'm ready to fully buy a car online but Mike and the Seven View team including Matthew Schmidt created a hybrid experience where I had close to that with the right human touch to give me the confidence to purchase and know I would get support as needed. Impressed and highly recommend them!

Horrendous Experience - Stay Away from Seven View

Horrendous Experience - Stay Away from Seven View Chrysler! I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Seven View Chrysler. I purchased a brand new car from them in August 2022, and from day one, I have been facing issues with the screen in my car. It's been 11 months since then, and my problem remains unresolved. This dealership's lack of responsibility and customer service is beyond belief! Immediately after leaving the dealership, my car's screen started acting up, and I was assured by the dealership that it was normal for a new car. But how can a brand new car have such significant issues right from the start? Since then, I have made numerous complaints and visited the dealership multiple times, wasting so much of my valuable time. On my first visit, they claimed that a simple update would fix the issue, but it didn't work. I must have gone through over 15 updates, and still, the screen refuses to function properly. They even tried replacing the screen, but that didn't work either. As a result, I had to leave my car with them for extended periods - three days, then eight days, and even almost two weeks. The inconvenience of not having my own car and having to rely on a rental, which wasn't suitable for my work, caused me to lose multiple days of work. This is absolutely unacceptable! What's even more infuriating is that they have no solution in sight for my car, despite the fact that I spent over $100,000 on it! Eleven months later, my car remains unfixed, and they seem to be avoiding the fact that it is their responsibility to either provide me with a new car or issue a full refund. The worst part is their evasive attitude when confronted with the issue. They try to charm you with smooth words but take no real action or responsibility. Instead, they pass the blame onto Chrysler, saying that it's Chrysler's fault for selling them a defective car. Well, that's not my problem, and it's not an excuse for them to neglect their duty to their customers. I highly advise against purchasing a car from Seven View Chrysler. They are nothing but scammers who don't care about their customers once the sale is made. The lack of professionalism, the refusal to address my concerns adequately, and the failure to provide a resolution have left me feeling completely betrayed. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your car-buying needs. Seven View Chrysler is not worth your time, money, or trust. I hope my review serves as a warning to others looking to make a major purchase from this dealership. Avoid them at all costs!

The only reason I give four star to dealership is only

The only reason I give four star to dealership is only about the waiting room, other than that it is 5 star. The waiting room is not as comfort as should be.

Purchased a new Grand Cherokee Summit June 2020 from Seven View Chrysler Barely 9000 kms both back brakes failed and they only warranty them for 12 months 9,000K???? Was charged $600 to replace them. Would not buy another Chrysler Vehicle. 1

Seven View's Service is second to none. They have been servicing my vehicles for over 20 years now and rarely do I have any issues. They go above and beyond my expectations.
