Over 15 years of dealing with this dealership I would never go anywhere else. Great Customer Service fast and reliable sales rep named Jodi who made sure all our needs and questions were answered. I cant say enough about her impeccable customer service I would definitely recommend her. I am happy with the vehicle and can honestly say loan ranger is where everyone needs to go to get the best deal and customer service.

Allan has been so good to me and got me into a new car quick and efficiently! He helped me find the perfect car, in the exact color I wanted and was so patient with me! He even worked with my friends who wanted to surprise me with a bow on the car when I went to pick it up!!! He was sure to make sure I understood everything going on step by step within the process and was always easy to reach when I had questions. Allan is such an outgoing guy with an amazing personality! A great experience, definitely recommend working with him!

On August 1st 2017 I reached out to the Loan Arranger dealership on King St. in Oshawa Ontario, and was greeted on the phone by my salesman, Raymond. By later that afternoon we had worked out all the details, and made an appointment to meet at 1:15 on the 3rd of August. I was made welcome at the dealership, and Raymond took me out onto the lot to view my car of choice , a bright yellow Ford Mustang. We agreed it was the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and Raymond told me it would take approximately 30 minutes to draw up the paperwork. I went across the street , had a quick lunch, and by the time I walked back the papers were ready for my signature. I like to do business with someone who says what they mean, and doesn't keep you waiting. We agreed that the car would be ready for pick up in a few days as the long weekend was upon us, we shook hands, and parted. I look forward to picking the car up next week. My experience with this dealership, and their professional sales staff, and especially my salesperson Raymond left me with a true feeling of satisfaction, and I will refer them to all who wish to listen.

This is my second purchase from the Oshawa location Erin and Raymond are the best they made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are both very likeable and they are great with customer service all around. Was assisted in buying a 2016 Nissan Altima. The atmosphere was very friendly and positive. What I really liked about the customer service was that it felt genuine. I'm a person that hates fakeness and can tell when people are acting fake friendly just to make a sale. I didn't feel that here at all. Jodi did an amazing job in ensuring that I had a great experience as a customer, which I really appreciate. I also admire the effort that was put into helping me. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Making someone like me feel comfortable isn't easy, but Jodi clearly has a gift in the personality department. Great vibes, memorable experience.
