I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated with my car dealer
I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated with my car dealer 🚗. They're always so charming and friendly during my visits, but the bills are consistently shocking!! Every couple of months, I'm hit with another four-figure charge, it's making me question their honesty 🤔. I really appreciate the good service, but I wish the pricing was more transparent and predictable. #carmaintenance #autorepair #dealerships #expensive

sick to my stomach about this purchase. Beware of financing bait and switch. Everybody I had been working with left so when it came time to finance there was nobody to tell financing manager what had been promised. Bail and switch. I deeply regret not walking away from the purchase. Buyer beware

They claimed I agreed to a service when there was no
They claimed I agreed to a service when there was no clarity on the cost of the repair. I called them when I saw the cost of the repair and they did not answer or return my calls. The next day I finally got through. Though I had not approved of the repair through their texted quote system, they claimed I verbally agreed and they ordered the parts. Said they couldn’t return the parts and would not give me the car unless I paid for the parts. $1500 for air box. Forced me to pay. They ended up giving me parts at cost but charged $1800 for MAP sensor and airbox replacement. Avoid them!

Shawn Keizer service advisor and Lincoln the Nissian technician did an excellent job. Lincoln informed me or a service that was critical but didn?t push me to do it. Of course I got it repaired. Shawn was an excellent service advisor, he kept me informed and didn?t push any additional services on me.

Went in looking for tires and was assisted by tech
Went in looking for tires and was assisted by tech advisor Manny- very land helpful. He was able to order my tires and get them installed within a couple of days. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. Great communication and service provided! Highly recommend him.

Manny was friendly and respectful.
Manny was friendly and respectful. He wrote up my service order and kept me updated. I didn?t have an appointment but luckily they weren?t crazy busy and were able to take my vehicle in the afternoon. I came in for oil & filter change and tire rotation. The mechanic also recommended fuel injection service, which I approved as my vehicle has about 65k miles. Services were completed on time and at prices quoted. I am very happy with today?s service experience.
