Exceptional customer service

From the moment I pulled in Mason was there to greet me. He knew the promotion that I was referencing to when I mentioned the service I was there for. His customer service skills were genuine and not fabricated. He explained to me that I would receive an email following my visit with in detail services that were recommended for my vehicle.

Went into purchase a used vehicle and was told that the

Went into purchase a used vehicle and was told that the only way to hold the vehicle was to leave a deposit. I was willing to leave a deposit until the following day when the banks opened so I could get the money. Then I told the business desk wouldn't let me leave a deposit that I basically had to buy the car or it would sold knowing I wanted it. Not real sure why they wouldn't hold the vehicle knowing the banks were closed and I wasn't able to get the money until the following day. i was also looking into buying a truck as well. But after the way I was treated and lied to not only did they loose 1 sale but 2 sales. This is a very poor business ethic on there part and hope they change there ways!

I bought a brand new 2022 Sentra here, and this car

I bought a brand new 2022 Sentra here, and this car already got too much problems. First, the door were missing a screw, that made the door lose the hook. So Dangerous. Secondly, I bought a brand new car, not a USED CAR. Why this car had so many scratch, even in the window glass ! Thirdly, the radio screen keep on-going off and on like crazy !!!! The apple carplay got disconnected so many times. And the radio screen just moved by itself and ghost touching it. I’ve bring my car back to the dealer like 3 times already. And I am not really HAPPY AT ALL. I asking them for a answer that why this is has some many problem. They did not reply/answer me. Is that how professional and responsible you guys are ?

I am a 71 year old Disabled vet who figured it was time

I am a 71 year old Disabled vet who figured it was time to help my young granddaughter start establishing her credit. That meant co-signing for her a vehicle. She has never had any type of credit. We contacted Cedar Park Nissan concerning a 2022 Camry xse AWD. The pricing was right. I explained what I was doing and set up to travel the 115 miles to the dealership. I have to provide here that I have dealt with Porsche, Corvettes, Cadillacs, Lexus, Nissans, and multiple other types of dealerships, but have never had the pleasure of dealing with one like this. When I arrived I was greeted by Jordan Gaines, the young man I had spoken with. He was cordial and showed interest in trying to get things set up for me. He pulled the vehicle around and we inspected it and he then had my daughter and granddaughter test drive the vehicle. When he was certain he had addressed all of our questions, he completed the paperwork that was needed and introduced us to the Financial Advisor. He informed the financial advisor of what we were doing concerning my granddaughter. We were assured that they could work things out for us. THEY DID JUST THAT AND REVIEWED EVERYTHING. This was all done in the most cordial and pleasant atmosphere I have ever encountered at a dealership. Before signing everything was discussed and explained and they made certain all of our questions were addressed to our satisfaction. We left the dealership in a very up mood. My granddaughter had her car. All the financials were what we had said we needed, the car had a full tank of gas, my granddaughter was ecstatic and even this old man had a smile on his face. Thanks to the personnel at Cedar Park Nissan. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a vehicle make this your first stop.

Best service ever

Took the Pathfinder to get an oil change. They do amazing specials on service all the time. Dylan was our device advisor and took amazing care of us. He treated us as if we were family. I highly recommend

I am so grateful to have found this dealership: I was in a rough spot and needed a new safe, reliable and affordable vehicle but didn’t think I’d find anything in my price range, let alone qualify for any type of financing. I met Jeff Korioth and he immediately took me under his wing to do whatever he could to help me find a car that worked for me.
