Driveline Used Cars Murrieta

This dealership is upfront with everything. They disclosed all the information about the cars they have right away. Prices are great and all fees are disclosed on the website so people can know what they expect to be the total. Over all great experience and it was easy and fast process.

They seemed to kind and professional... We went to buy a van advertised at $19,900 once we were going through the process and ready to buy it, all of a sudden the van was $24,800 without financing! I'm 25 and told them I needed their help to get a good deal on a van and I really trusted Brian and Sam but they threw in added accessories we didn't agree to and said it was mandatory they do it to every customer and also lied about the condition of the car saying it had no frame or collision problems, but when we took the vehicle to Nissan they mentioned it had Serious frame damage, be very careful with these guys, what they say is one thing, but look at the paperwork you sign. We really trusted what they were telling us until we found out all of their vebal promises had been broken in the contract including the cars warranty(because of the frame damage). We were really sad that we trusted them and they lied to us. Just make sure you look over everything before you sign.

They price vehicles very competitive, the trouble is when you get there they add on Customer Fees. What are Customer Fees? They add on $1500 for nothing. I talked to them on the phone and asked what their bottom dollar was. They said they don't negotiate, they put a good price on their vehicles and let them sell themselves. Well, I was calling from Oklahoma and told them to hold it for me for a 3 days. I booked the plane tickets then asked how much the Cashiers Check should be made out to since I thought the state of California might charge some fees. The State didn't charge fees but they informed me that they would be adding $1500 to the sales price for customer fees. I told them I was going to be a cash sale. They told me that all the dealerships do this. I don't know what other dealerships do but this is WRONG!

We bought the car. Awesome customer service. It was easy dealing with. We are so happy with the deal we got from Driveline used cars.

I recommend this dealership to everyone who's looking for a car. Great service very clean cars. The people works there are very nice to deal with. They are very honest about condition of the vehicles. They will tell you right away if the car been in any accident or if it has any minor issues with it. After looking extensively for a Maserati I came across Driveline Motors. I was surprised by the selection of cars that they had and the prices that they were offering. I came this afternoon to check them out and to look at the car. It was exactly as they had said on their web sight. The vehicle was showroom condition and flawless. Not only they met my expectations they surpassed them. Thank you George for an excellent service. I'm a customer for life and will refer all my friends and family to them. A true five star experience.

Kind of found them by accident but very happy I did. I found a very nice used Camry in great condition with exactly the options I wanted. Called George to have a look at it, set up a time to meet at his location and after a quick test drive decided to buy it. No razzmatazz or pressure just a simple transaction. All his cars looked great, not beaters with bad repairs and the dealing is easy....the price is the price. I would absolutely consider them again for another purchase and George is a delightful young man. Not sure why all car dealers don't operate this way.

Viewed a vehicle on line "at" the dealership. Made an appointment with salesperson to test drive the vehicle the next day. Upon arriving at the dealership, informed that the vehicle is located at a sister dealership 35 miles away. Enough said.

I think when it comes to buy a car Driveline is the best place to buy a car from. We called them two days ago and we ask them to make an appointment for us to come in and check one of the cars  they have in stock. They made an appointment for us we went there and we saw the car and the car was exactly the way was the described online.  We ask for the Carfax they show the Carfax and they explain everything on the Carfax. They asked us if we would  like to take the car to an inspection before we buy it and we told them were fine. We drove the vehicle and nothing was wrong with the vehicle and it seems like it's under factory warranty so there is no  need for an inspection but however my brother used to be a mechanic with AAA he inspected the car for me before I bought it and he told me that everything is perfectly fine with the car. I was so happy that the car I drove for 3 hours to get was exactly the car I was looking online same description same condition it's really made my day. Driveline is online business mostly so when we looked at the car online and looked at the price and description we were like hesitated to go because it's far away but when we arrive there we were  so happy that this is the first time a business doesn't describe something different or doesn't lie about description of a vehicle or about product they're selling.  we were so happy and specially that they told us over the phone about all the fees would be charged and how much the price will be out of the door.  They do not have negotiation on prices or Price haggling but however their price was already discounted so much that it's embarrassing for me to ask for another discount. All those facts made me happy and made my car buying experience the best I bought three cars in my life before but I never wrote a review but because this time I was so happy and the guys at Driveline make me laugh so much  they're all funny they're all outgoing and they're  all been nice to me. I could write pages and pages to describe my experience buying a car from Driveline it was amazing I was happy. those guys at driveline are the best. I recommend anybody looking for a car or looking for an honest dealership with great amazing prices to visit Driveline seriously I'm so happy with my purchase I love Driveline thank you so much you made me happy and you made my car buying experience fantastic and also, you got me the best price for a car.
