I was glad to have met Gabbi Royston who was patient and generous with her time to answer all of my questions. I came in to do further research on the car I was looking at buying. Gabbi gave me a tour and told me about her company. She is thoughtful and funny at best during the whole tour. She did not pressure me nor try to convince me about buying a vehicle upfront. She respected that I was just here to browse and look at the particular Chevy that I was considering buying. I really appreciate the customer service and friendliness. I would definitely come back looking for her in the near future when I am ready to make a purchase. DF

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude, Condescending staff. No negotiability. A total waste of time. All they care about is you financing. I was ready to cash and carry and they were not interested.

As i walked in this dealership i was greeted nicely. Boston helped me out for a test drive and everything was good. I came to an agreement on the price of a vehicle With kelley. When i go to pick up the vehicle a few days later this guy named kennedy hands me over the papers to sign with completely different numbers. They think people are that dumb not to read what they sign. They added almost $2,000 to the price i agreed to. If i would not have asked what was that about kennedy would have never said anything. BE CAREFUL with these guys. They force you to purchase this $1200 package from that they add to the price without telling you. His excuse was “its on the website”. After kelley and boston showed me the final price and payment arrangement i made. There online price is not what they are selling there carsfor. Be prepared to pay $2000 above what is on the site. NOT TRANSPARENT. VERY SNEAKY DEALERSHIP.
