I wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle until the summer but why wait when they have awesome sales rep and managers there to help you find exactly what you are looking for without waiting. Briana was my sales rep and she was overwhelmingly helpful with every step of the way. She is very kind and relatable and that's who I want to buy a car from. Not some money hungry sales rep.

I have never felt so welcomed and like they actually wanted to help not just sell a car. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

This is THE WORST dealership I have ever had to deal with. They do not answer the phone, they do not call you back, tried leaving a voicemail with the woman I am working with and her voice mailbox was full. They forget paperwork or they do not even know how to do the paperwork. I have called the shop about 4 times now and no one answers. They say they will call you back and no one does. They made a deal with me saying they will order me a new car in white and continued to try and sell me a damaged car with rust and huge deep scratches in it for the same price in black. They did not take all the discounts off of the price of the car and the woman I was working with was reluctant in even checking to make sure all the discounts were applied when I asked, and they were not all applied. When we were in the shop we waited pretty much 90% of the time by ourselves with no one updating me on the status of my car, we waited almost 4 hours until anything even remotely was resolved. I was then promised to be kept updated the next day as to where my new car was and when I'd be able to pick it up and was kept completely in the dark. I keep trying to get in contact with them about the status of the car I was already approved to buy and all but one piece of paperwork is completed for and no one answers or returns phone calls. I do not recommend ever even considering this place, this has completely ruined getting a brand new car for me and I wish I had never even traded in my car at this point. Working with this dealership has to be one of the most headache inducing things I have done in a very long time.
