It's almost impossible for me to remember and list all of
It's almost impossible for me to remember and list all of the small lies that we've dealt with over the past two weeks trying to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. Repeatedly we were told that they would follow-up and get back to us just to have to reach back out a day or two later. After we finally reached agreeable price and terms I thought we were good to go. Just needed to sign the paperwork. We were told that the car was being marked "sold" for us and that the paperwork would be sent fedex the following day (not today due to end of month). Again we were reassured Saturday that the vehicle was ours and they were sending the paperwork. Now on Tuesday we hear that the vehicle was actually sold out from under our feet on Saturday due to the fact that we hadn't put in a down payment. No one expressed that we needed to put in the down payment, in fact I had to repeatedly remind the dealership that I intended to include a down payment. Completely hapless and dishonest dealership. One hand does not know what the other is doing and we were repeatedly lied to and misled.
