Breach of contract
If you are in the Springfield, IL area I suggest that you do NOT shop with this car dealership call Auto Mall of Springfield! They do not keep their word even when it’s in black and white! My son and I visited their establishment back in May when my son was looking for a new vehicle. He was interested in their vehicle at first but after taking a couple days to think on it, he decided that he did not want it. Now when he first said he was interested they had him pay a $500 deposit and it’s stated in the contract he had 7 days to decide if he wanted to go through with the purchase or not. On the 7th day he decided he did NOT want the vehicle and because it was still in the 7 day time period in which they gave us to decide he was supposed to receive his $500 back. However they are REFUSING to give his deposit back and I am letting it be known to everyone that this is how they operate their business and NO ONE SHOULD SUPPORT THEIR DEALERSHIP! My son is 18 years and has worked very very hard for his money. Between working, school, and running his own business! I will NOT let them get away with this!

Buyers beware!
They will lie to you and then blow you off. Trucks are JUNK! Buyer beware! The truck we bought was wrecked and not a word mentioned. Do not agree to take somewhere else because they don't hold their agreements.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE SCAMMERS! BOUGHT A 47K TRUCK THAT DIDNT EVEN LAST 5 HOURS BEFORE CODES STARTED COMING UP. SAID IT WASNT UNDER WARRANTY, THAT IT WASNT APART OF THE ENGINE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS. COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Received a wrecked unrepaired vehicle
This was the worse experience in buying a vehicle. I purchased and wrecked unrepaired 2019 Lincoln MKC, no one advised me the vehicle was had been wrecked I took the Lincoln to the Ford dealership they thought it was an savage title car they could not believe someone would sell a car with the back end needing $4000 in repairs. The trunk has shifted to one side I called and asked the salesman if he knew the vehicle was damaged he "said" no I asked if he knew the trunk didn't work properly he stated he never opened the trunk. Terrible answer never will I buy a car on line again.

Crooks!!! Stay away from Ray!!!
Took a deposit after an agreed price for a vehicle to hold since I was out of the area. Afterwards, when I actually received a bill of sale he added several add-on costs over $2,000 in addition to the agreed price. I wanted to cancel the sale because of this and he would not refund the down payment stating that he had over a dozen potential buyers of the vehicle that he had to turn away all within two hours of when we initially spoke. The vehicle sat on his lot for months afterwards.

Please INSPECT car before buying from this dealer!
The first line in their "About this dealership" is complete lies and BS. This is going to be a long review. All I can say is this dealership is only about making money, they don't care about your safety or anyone. I bought a 2009 Subaru from them and had it about 3 weeks and it began to leak coolant and oil. I took it to a mechanic, very trustworthy source, and he was able to let me know that this car was a complete xxx. It was/is completely rusted underneath. It flaked off just by rubbing the area with your hands. The head gasket is leaking coolant, there was a vvt oil pressure switch that is also leaking oil. The front lower ball joints will need to be replaced within 3 months at the latest. The brakes were at 2mm, barely would've passed saftey inspection in MO. The lower hose clamp on the radiator was so rusted I was afraid to touch it. All four tpms sensors were not working. The only good thing that came out of this, was they did take the car back, I lost $2,000 on the deal, but it would've cost me about $6,500 to repair everything. So I considered it a win. The real kicker is that I returned the car on Saturday and they had it back on the website, for sale, on Tuesday. There is no way all of this stuff was repaired. They also told me that they were not going to put this back on their lot, just by what I told them, but there it is.

Bought a 2015 Chevy 2500HD 15k cash down! and bought the crappy extended warranty, the warranty payed for HALF of the transmission I needed a month later (they put up a fight), then dropped my coverage! Regardless I ended up selling the truck at the my hometown dealership that replaced the transmission and dealt with the “extended warranty” place. I had gotten almost 10k back from the 15k I put down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE…

I bought a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali from this dealership and I live in West Memphis AR. They shipped the car and when I took it to get gas noticed a shutter and slip in the trans. Eddie told me to get him a quote so I did. He didn’t like the price and told me to get another quote from another shop. So I did. Then he tells me to bring it to them for the warranty repair like I can drive the car 5 1/2 hrs away, wait for the repairs, and drove back home. This place is a joke and screwed me out of 1400 between down payment and the diagnostic cost for the shop I took it too because they don’t pay for diagnostics fee. I would never recommend anyone goin here. I even talked to Eddie about the reviews before hand and was assured it was the fact uou can’t please everyone. Crooks and liars. Karma is a bit@& and it’s gonna catch up to them.

Worse dealership in the state of Illinois!
Car broke down 3 times within the 1st 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service was non existent. Certainly do not pride themselves on quality of vehicles on their lot. Buyer beware! Dealership needs to be shut down.

I recently requested some information on a particular truck. Four days later I received an automated email stating they would get back to me as soon as possible. Over the next weekend, I was on their website and the truck was sold. Benefit of the doubt, I filled out a credit application, hoping for a quicker response, wrong. I spent almost a week texting someone, never got a name. Finally got a response. Said they couldn't help cause of my credit score. Not sure where they get their information because I pulled my own credit report and it wasn't the greatest but sure wasn't what they told me it was. Terrible customer service. The only good thing is the selection of trucks is great and reasonably priced. Was hoping to work something out but not anymore.
