Horrible customer service! Ray was condescending
I drove over an hour twice. 4/17/21 1st time customer service was horrible but my assumption was they were busy. Jeep was filthy. I engaged the 4WD and it was clicking while driving down the road. I asked a salesman about it and he took me for a drive and engaged it for 3 seconds at the end of the road over a bump and said I just engaged it wrong and it works fine. He didn't drive in 4WD and I should have caught that because we would have both heard the clicking. 2nd time I was given to "Ray". He was not friendly and told me to submit my own application and he just walked out. After my approval he was not wanting to answer any of my questions and you could tell he just wanted to "get the deal done" He acted annoyed with me as if this was his money and not mine. They insulted my trade-in an gave me basically nothing for it (stole it). He refused to come down on the purchase price by using a scare tactic that someone was on the way from Bloomington with a pre approval to buy it for full price so they will no longer honor the $395.00 they came down on the purchase price he agreed to by messenger when my husband contacted them for me. He also did not discuss any of the additional Items added to the sales contract like "theft protection" which was $400.00, and a car warranty that was 2500.00. He rolled his eyes at me when I called my husband to ask what his thoughts were because I got up to walk out, so he called in the manager who gave me 400 more for my trade in to make up the difference. Then they sent me to their "other dealership" to sign paperwork without any plates on my new Jeep. I tried to get my other keys off my keychain but they couldn't find them. I called to see if they found my keys and still they can't find them and refuse to CB. I went to sign paperwork and was told to sign a paper stating I inspected the vehicle top to bottom and everything is in working order and that I will not hold the dealership responsible for anything after the purchase date ( thought this was weird to have to sign) In hindsight it's because they know their cars have issues and are selling them anyway. BE CAREFUL!!!! My husband said I wasn't doing it wrong. The 4WD clicks while engaged for him as well so we now have to take it in for repairs! Also keep in mind you will be charge $199.00 for a "Sanitation Service" that is xxxxxxxx because even though they knew I was on my way to see it...it was still filthy and they didn't even care to clean it up. Even my daughter said it smelled like a Farm inside. Not happy with them at all!!!

Lied to me about extended warranty!
Lied about extended warranty! Said bumper to bumper but was drive train only! I called to rectify but was lied to by the sales person.

xxxx hole
This place is a sketchy buy here, pay here dealership. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! I drove two hours to look at two vehicles that appeared to be in great condition. When we got there, the truck I wanted to look at needed tires, was missing exterior trim panels, had a dead battery, and had various mechanical issues including MILs and suspension. The car was in a similar condition. These people sell xxxxty cars at an exorbitantly high price and will not negotiate any kind of deals on the vehicles they sell.

Terrible
Stopped in to look at a couple of trucks. Actually stopped in 3 different times and couldn't find anyone to show us the trucks. The placement of vehicles is also a mess. I will never go back to this place.

Stay away
Came to buy 2 vehicles the 2015 duramax was leaking oil and in horrible condition. The other one a 2016 camaro SS was leaking coolant and not even close to like new condition like I was told. I drove almost 5 hrs to come buy them neither one would have made the trip home complete wast of time. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Dishonesty
Will not post an amazing review to get a gift card! Would leave 0 stars if possible. Service from salesman was typical--"pristine condition"--"nothing wrong with it"--"amazing deal". Yes, that will happen when you patch problems with an additive until its sold and off the lot. We purchased a 2012 Tahoe Saturday January 23rd 2021-less than a week from me writing this. By the next day, Sunday, the check engine light was on and engine is ticking. Mind you we paid cash in full for this vehicle. Called Monday to talk to them and he answered all of my questions except why the check engine light was on DAY AFTER PURCHASE. And of course it is just slightly over the mileage for their powertrain warranty. So in addition to the $14,000 we paid for the vehicle we are now out another $3800 to replace the lifters and cam shaft because it previously had been starved for oil. Not to mention the metal chunks that they cleaned out of our oil pan. The day the check engine light came on is when I checked the BBB website. If we would have looked before we purchased we would have steered clear of them and D's Auto World as they work together. I also submitted a complaint with them. All we wanted was a reliable vehicle to transport our children. But I guess that comes at a cost.
