I just sold them my 2023 Ford F250 Platinum Crew Cab

I just sold them my 2023 Ford F250 Platinum Crew Cab Tremor 4x4 as a straight sale to them. I was dealing with Josh (Big Moose) as a salesman and Matt as the manager. The sale went very smoothly, I got my check quickly and they were very professional about the transaction. The appraisal process took less than 15 minutes once they started. All of the paperwork afterwards was done in less than 30 minutes. I will say, if you are truly interested in selling your car, you should go by and give them a chance to make you an offer. They paid me more than what Carmax offered right down the street. Give them an opportunity to price your car in person and support a great local smaller dealer. Maybe you walk away with a good check also!

This is Edwin Morton and I bought a truck from them with coach Ts help. I had a bankruptcy filed but they worked hard to get me what I needed. It was truly an excellent experience.

They sold the truck out from under me while we were in

They sold the truck out from under me while we were in the final stages of negotiations! No warning, no advisements, nothing. Someone showed up with a pile of cash and that was the end of it.

Don’t trust Matthews Motors!

I just saw Morgan Matthews in a TV advert saying that they look after their customers before, during and after the salesp. NOTHING could be further from the truth! They are rude, cheat their customers and then finish up assaulting them! DO NOT deal with this outfit, they are NOT worth it!!!

FAKE WARRANTY THEY WANT FIX YOUR TRUCK

I owe 40000 dollars on a 2018 Chevy Silverado custom I bought from Wilmington Matthew motors this is my second vehicle I bought from this dealership 10 months down the road 60000 miles on it the motor is knocking and I took it in to Goldsboro Matthew motor to get it looked at after there so called Lifetime drive train warranty they offer when they sale you a car UPDATE the warranty is FAKE they want fix my truck xxxx they don't even want to talk to me over the phone and when they do they come up with all types of excuse not to fix it I've even called Matthew motors president Dale Matthew want answer my call so please don't buy a car from this dealership you could be in my position they got there money from the finance company and as soon as you drive off the lot there done with you service manager in Wilmington is another one that tries his best to save the company money not fixing those lemons trucks there sailing there doesn't make sense to me I'm deciding what to do now even turn it in or pay 4000 plus on a motor and keep paying truck payments and insurance on it thanks Matthew motors of Wilmington you really screwed me over with this purchase. Hi Travis, thanks for reaching out. In talking with management across all locations it appears we have been in contact with you and your wife. This issue here is that you have no documentation of recommended maintenance or even required oil changes. We must have that to pass on to the warranty company that we use to cover the engine and transmission. This is required on any vehicle that is backed by a warranty. Even on a brand new vehicle if you neglect to maintain the vehicle or provide required documentation they will deny the claim. We have reached out asking you to come in so we can run a compression test and at that time you stated you do not have any service records. Please let us know how we can assist. Exceptional

Josy was a jewel and exceptional at her job and knowledge. She had patience and helped me through the whole purchasing process. Service was great and the Mechanic and Manager were very helpful and making sure everything on the car was perfect.

The walking man's friend the truth

Better than Franchised Dealers

I purchased a 2018 Yukon Denali and three months after purchasing another vehicle hit me head on at 45 mph. The vehicle was totaled. I reached out to my original sales representative Bri and Adam tge Manager and told them how much I loved the vehicle and I wanted another just like it. They found one in Ohio that was a year newer but otherwise identical. They flew an employee their even during Covid restrictions and drove it back to me. I LOVE THE HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE AND GENUINE CARE THEY PROVIDE. I have always purchased from Franchised Dealers but never again. I am far happier with Matthew's Motors than I gave ever been with any car dealership. Stop in, shop the lot and buy. You will be glad you did. C Yow
