Super Friendly!

I was super nervous having to buy a new car so quickly after my last car was totaled. But Nate was super friendly and understanding and worked with my nerves. He put me at ease. He made me feel comfortable with my decision. He didn't pressure me to go either way, just wanted me to be happy. Definitely ask for this guy when you come to Team Chevrolet Vallejo! And I'm stoked I got to meet the man who made the xxxxxx bread at Bouchon! I'm going to buy some to solidify this moment!

Excellent service!

I had a wonderful experience a Team Chevrolet and want to share it! I came to Team Chevrolet at my father's recommendation after I decided it was time to upgrade from my (nice but admittedly boring) Toyota Corolla and try something new. I was wary because I'd been burned before at a dealership with said Corolla, but I was pleasantly surprised with what I found at Team Chevrolet. Rocco, Nate, and Angel were all very helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Rocco was also able to work with my down payment where other dealers had turned me away without a second thought. Nate and Angel were cheerful and easygoing and it was mainly the no pressure atmosphere (along with the great deal of course) that convinced me to sign on the dotted line. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be recommending Team Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new car!

I couldn't be happier!!

So this is a success story i have had with Nate..New Job, just moved to cali, no credit established. I was told that I should reach out to Nate. I was hesitant because there's no way I could qualify for a set of wheels from a prestige dealership. Nate insisted get your xxx down here let me do the rest. Nate created a miracle, drove me to SF on Friday to gather all forms to get approved. We made numerous stops banks, POI forms, POR forms etc. we also had to make a trip to Walnut Creek. I drove of today in a 21,000 Chevy Cruze LT fully loaded, full warranty, Gap insurance, Onstar, navigation. 4GLTE WiFi. Dropped price to an amount so low I can't disclose. About a year ago I would have never thought that I would be in the position I am in with this brand new car!!!..Thank you Nate Merril!!..

Excellent Service!

Rocco is a real stand up guy. Made us feel very comfortable and confident in searching for our now new 2016 Chevy Tahoe Lt. When we thought we couldn't purchase, Rocco and his team bent over backwards to find the best deal and price that fits our budget. I highly recommend Rocco. We walked in nervous and left with a huge smile from ear to ear.

No Pressure

We had done our homework and knew what we wanted. After doing the customize chevy thing on the Chevrolet website it sent it out to the local dealerships. Most were way off, different color, trim, or motor options than what we were searching for. But Red Reddy was right on. The model he had did come with some options that we didn't necessarily need so we negotiated via email to drop the price for those items, which he did. We got a great car, at a really great price. I used a variety of websites to make sure, including Truecar, and we knew he was really giving us a great deal. He had the vehicle ready for us and didn't try to spin any kind of add-ons or items that we had not agreed upon. Best buying experience I've had buying a car. This is how buying a vehicle is supposed to be. I will definitely consider going to Red again in the future.

Bad Business practices - Bait & Switch

Was dealing with Mark Aghili - to buy a Chevy Volt - assured me that they would match the deal I had - but when I went to actually close - they actually ran my credit ( 700 + ) and then came back with a much much higher number ( about $70 more), despite assuring me that they were in the ballpark even up to 1 hour before we drove there. I don't mind stating your numbers - if you are upfront. I presented you candidly with what I was getting - you assured that you will match - then why the sudden change - wasted half a day + ran my credit !!!! For no good reason. Do not deal with this dealership, the very least get in writing what they are committing to - their word is worth nothing!

Amazing Service

I am a first time buyer and I never once felt pressured to buy a car. Joe was awesome, very personal and down to earth. I have been dealing with a lot of other sales men and Joe was by far the best. Ask for Joe, you wont regret it. I got a quote for a car in Elk Grove and ended up coming back to Vallejo Chevrolet just to buy from Joe and this team here.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE

Traveled from Martinez to Team Super Stores in Vallejo to see about a new car as my son had purchased his car there a few years ago, was pleased with the service and all subsequent services. When we parked we were immediately met by a salesman and I explained what kind of a car I would like to have. He said he would get a more experienced salesman to assist me as he was new to the job. That alone impressed me. Out came Nate Merrill & he said he would go and get a car that would meet my specifications, so I wouldn't have to walk around looking ( I am 92 and have to use a walker He brought over a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox and spent time going over the interior with me & adjusting the seat so I would be comfortable and then we took it for a drive, I enjoyed driving it very much but there was something about the rear view mirrors that didn't satisfy me, almost like they were in my way. Nate said if you like how the car drives lets see if we can make a few adjustments for u which he did. One was to get another color and make a couple of seat adjustments which he also had made on the previous car then took that car for a drive loved it and bought it pretty good huh? after only looking at two cars. Know it will take me awhile to understand & operate everything, but with the help of ON STAR and my grand- daughter I'll do pretty good. And I know I can always go back to the dealership and get help. The whole time I spent with Nate he was very inform-ative, friendly and patient with me. The world needs more young men like him. He then introduced us to Rocco Marconi who was also very informative and & polite. He assured me that because I was the widow of a military retired US NAVY man and received military benefits was entitled to a military discount on the purchase of my Chevrolet Equinox and insured that I received it. Very satisfied

I had already bought a car from team Chevrolet 3 years earlier and had a great experience. I got a smoking deal and absolutely loved my car. However life has been good to me and it felt like it was time to upgrade. So i came in to trade in my car for a larger car. Brian Hughes met me at the door and was very professional. He spent all day with me going thruogh all the cars and options. He was very knowledgeable and in tune with my needs and wants even though i was not sure. He came up with great options and deals working with Rocco A. Marconni. Many good bargans i couldn't make up my mind. I ended up leaving without a car to explore some different options, but came back imideatly after visiting another dealership. I was a difficult customer no doubt about that, but the service was much better at Team Chevrolet. The funny part is that i ended up buying the first car Brian Hughes showed me and recommended. Its been a few days now and i love my new car and feel like i got a great deal, and had a good experience. I also feel like i gained a trusted friend in the car business. I highly recommend at least checking them out if your in the market for a new car or to trade in your old car for something awesome. Shop happy my friends. Thanks Brian! P.s. i had returned a few days later to ask a few questions about the car i recently perchased and Mr. K Elmi stupped right up answered all my questionds and reprinted out a paper i had misplaced. I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. What a good team.
