Excellent Customer Care

Due to the UAW strike the dealership had the vehicle for four months. I was fortunate to work with Stan Renz who was very professional throughout a long and frustrating time since the needed parts were unavailable. I was kept up to date on the situation on nearly a weekly basis and when the parts came in the repairs were managed expediently. Many thanks to Stan and the team of folks who made the repairs.

Mixed Bag

Mixed bag. Excellent experience with salespeople Nate, who introduced me to Chris B. Chris is patient and upfront. Unfortunately, the sales manager behind the scenes was not, which I discovered afterwards. The sales manager stated the promo for healthcare professionals had expired. Not true, go to GMs website to see the promo is current. Also, I was told that staff could not locate the car in the color I preferred, even though it was available in their computer system. Another deception, by the sales manager. If I were to shop for a car I’d trust Chris and Nate to do their best. But don’t count on the sales manager. Lesson learned. P.S. the new 2023 car is already having issues with a loud knocking noise from the air compressor, which their service tech said is normal. My previous car, over 10+ years old, never once made this noise. Overall disappointed.

Great Experience at Team Chevrolet

We had a great experience purchasing our 2023 Bolt EV through Team Chevrolet! In our search for a Bolt EV we contacted more than two dozen other dealerships without getting much help. We experienced huge dealer markups, required supplemental plans, less than helpful sales persons, and phone calls not returned. But Mike Woleslagle at Team Chevrolet went out of his way to help us. He was great to work with throughout the ordering and purchasing process, answering questions in a friendly way and searching hard to find the vehicle that we wanted. It was clear from the beginning that Team Chevrolet does not try to gouge customers. Mike was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. Superb Maintenance

I went to Team Chevrolet for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Ken Sarna. He quickly checked my Truck in for scheduled maintenance; informed me of the time that it would take and asked if I needed transportation. I waited in the waiting room while my Truck was being serviced. There was snacks and drinks there with a restroom nearby. A television with Directv was also in the waiting room to make the time go by. The service was quick and Ken came in to the waiting room to let me know that my truck was done. As long as I?m capable of driving, I?ll continue to take my vehicles there.

Really great experience & no up charge on vehicle!

The only dealership that didn’t charge $5000-10,000 over MSRP! Honest and upfront with numbers and even helped us get our onstar & Chevy app set up. Very quick process and the entire team was helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in until we left.
