They buy defective cars in the auctions and put them for sale knowing that they have major problems. This is how they do business. Crap. Buy somewhere else but NO here.

I was trying to buy this car from them and filled out my application for financing . Then called them and talked to this James guy through Facebook messaging and asked since I lived about 1 1/2 hours away if they would hold the car for me until I got there to drive and sign paper work and at first they seemed ok with that deal ... then it all the sudden turned on me and said no they wont hold the car for me and to either come buy it right then or dont ... and basically told me to piss off ... I am very upset and have never been treated like this by any auto place when I'm trying to give them my service !!! .... I filled out the application ... he told me no one was there for the car then quickly turned around and told me theres about 20 people trying to get it ... it was so ridiculous!!!! Customer service at its finest ... NOT !!!!

These guys are crooks. We bought a car from them 3 months ago and transmission went out. When I called to see if they could help use get into something else they said no. And wasn't willing to help when only have the vehicle for 3 months. Worst customer service and I do not recommend going there. He kept throwing the AS Is thing at me.

i bought 3 cars from these guys . Matt knows his stuff and his staff is great as well. Would totally recommend these guys and i have several times.

Call and talked to Dan about a issue I was having. Would not work with me on anything and would hang up. No customer service at all. Would recommend going somewhere else. Dan will never get any of my business. He is the rudest person I've ever talked to.

Emailed in regards to a vehicle they had, they never responded, been about 2 weeks. Unfortunately I will not do business with them, they had some vehicles I wanted, but their loss.
