This is my first time dealing with Suncoast VW. I purchased my 2013 Jetta used from another dealership but it was still under factory warranty. After 1 month the driver window stopped working. I called VW and spoke with Ken. It took me a couple weeks to finally get up to them but they treated me with the BEST customer service I've ever had! Ken was wonderful! They looked over everything, did my full service and tire rotation. I was given a loner car until mine was ready but got a call from Ken that it would take a day to get the part do I could keep the loaner until it was done. Next day I got my car back and everything was checked and even gave it a bath. A few hours later I got a call from Ken just checking on us and to see if everything was ok with my car. They have been amazingly nice and caring. I will now and always do my dealings with Ken. Best employee I've ever met from a car dealership

Took Porsche in for a repair quote. Obtained a second opinion from a another auto repair shop. Suncoast quote was for the wrong problem. Car repaired elsewhere for the correct problem at approximately 50% of the original quote. I will not return for any service or new car purchase.

I've dealt with Suncoast twice now; once with my son when he bought his vehicle and once when my wife and I bought ours. On both occasions we couldn't have been treated any better. Everything from our first steps in the building to leaving with our new vehicles has been absolutely first class! The facility is top notch as was our sales person, John Rosafort. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. You couldn't do any better than Suncoast!

Very modern and clean facility. Sales process open and honest. Somewhat slow however in responding to questions for information at times. Stable sales and service staff over many years.
