Still dishonest! I made no less than 3 visits to your dealership, check the service record, I still have them and would gladly post them. I live over 45 miles away from your dealership, I take no pleasure and surely didn't/don't have the time to drive back and forth if there wasn't a problem with the vehicle-THERE IS A PROBLEM AND IT IS UNSOLVED! Dishonest! I purchased a brand new Atlas from this dealer and on my way home after signing the papers I noticed a vibration in the front of the vehicle. I immediately called back to let them know that there was an issue. Being that it was after hours I could not speak to anyone until the next day. Long story short after several visits to the dealer, and after several rides with a dealer representative, they continued to say that there was nothing wrong with the car and that there was no vibration that they noticed. I pointed out to them exactly where and how the vibrations occurred-dishonest! Turns out that the car had been sitting at the dealer for over a year and the tires had flattened in certain spots. Instead of the dealer, being honest and acknowledging that the tires were the issue they said nothing. I purchased a brand new car from this dealer and as opposed to them changing a $200 tire they chose to ignore the issue and not fix the problem. The tires were confirmed as being bad by another dealer. I've been driving VWs for over 30 years and currently own 3. I drove european VWs while stationed in England. Trust me, there's is still a problem with this car.
