In regards to my experience with Automaxx and all the front line people who are very welcoming to me, i felt comfortable being at the dealership. And as for Mike who helped me with understanding the process of purchasing my vehicle was way up there, therefore I'm giving Mike 10 out of 10. His services from beginning to end was incredible. unprofessional. talked on his phone while with me, showed me a vehicle he wasnt permitted to sell and trashed competing dealers The best part is I went to him for help trying to rebuild my finances and get a decent car inside budget but he preyed on my ADHD, questioned my mental illness thern conned me into a warranty i did not want, and a car at a budget I could not afford.. worst sales rep and human being I have ever met violated all in price law by forcing me to buy a warranty

I bought a car months ago from elsewhere yet automaxx won't stop spam texting me despite telling them I'm not interested and unsubscribing several times. Would NEVER buy a car from them now.

Other than a small problem with the radio upon original purchase I have had no issues at all with Automaxx. Mike was a pleasure to work with and I am happy with the money I will be saving in the future.
