When I was purchasing my first newer car, i was assisted by Chrystyne at the Red Deer location. She was very helpful, when finding me a car, as well as helped me refinance a year later.

This was the worst dealership ever my car came with tires that blew out on the highway and dirty oil. Their oil changes are not free they are discounted and it was an issue trying to get them to deal with the car to begin with. I should have claimed lemon law on this car. Amanda the service girl is very ignorant and the salesman are not informed enough about vehicles they buy in I will never go here again. Worst customer service ever. Don’t use these guys there are better dealerships out there. Purchasing my car was a nightmare and I’ll never go to automaxx again I do not recommend these people at all. Worst experience of my life.

Very nice folks there. Managed to find me a nice little crossover and it was fast the only reason I gave 4 stars was because I didn't realize I was going to be paying 30000 $ over 10 years which was a bit more than I was looking to go into debt for as I most likely wouldn't even have the vehicle still by the time I paid it off other than that they were friendly and professional people.

They were patient, reasonable and warm. They have great options for vehicles too. I would highly recommend them!

We are so far very happy with the purchase of our 2017 F150, pricing was right where I figured for a quality used vehicle. What caught our attention was the amount of time Gursimran had spent with us, 4 hours, 2 cappacinos later we made our selection and within 3 hours it was delivered right to my driveway. Kudos to Gursimran and Darian for answering a few questions about the Carfax, and getting the financing terms we wanted. This is a great example how of customer service at its finest.
