Carlos doesn’t return messages and doesn’t follow through. I am a real buyer and not impressed at all with lack of follow up, or I should say no follow up.

At the last minute, I was told there are $1895 dealer document preparation fee plus another $695 title fee for a $169k sicker price purchase.

sales person Jeffery lied to us about availability a car that was advertised by them on line. After driving 2 hours to get to them, he advised us that car is Not available. DEALERSHIP LIKE this gives other dealer bad name!
