Fantastic First Leasing Experience

Bora was fantastic to deal with. My wife and I had never leased a vehicle before and Bora provided answers to all our questions and was always very thorough and professional. Bora has a warm, kind, and friendly personality, which made our entire experience enjoyable. Bora made the process seamless and when we took delivery of the vehicle, he went above and beyond with the vehicle preparations and this was very much appreciated. Always a Great Service Experience

I have had multiple cars in for service over the years. I have dealt with all service advisors and the service manager. I have always had a first-rate experience. The warm and friendly attitudes of the staff always make for a very pleasant experience. This is always appreciated by my wife and I. This dealership really excels in the personal service it provides from their sales staff to their mechanics . The care and interest they show in satifying their customers every need regardless how small is amazing My son and i were very impressed. And look forward to our future visits .

Excellent service

Excellent, efficient and courteous service is always provided. Ken Braiser takes the time to clearly explain what is needed re repairs and maintenance. Making an appointment is an easy process. The waiting area for customers is comfortable, and pick up and drop off option is appreciated.

Better than expected

Courtesy, consideration, convenience and competence - these are four Cs that I would attribute to the A1 service received recently at Audi London. I was reassured at the outset by the demonstrated adherence by staff to precautions implemented because of Covid-19. Audi Brand Specialist, Mike Raposo, was a pleasure to interact with and more than patient as I set out my specifications and assailed him with questions. He certainly knows his β€˜stuff’. Bernie Wong, CPO Manager, was a real gentleman, and more than accommodating when I was delayed in bringing a SUV back from a test drive. It was an interesting and enjoyable experience interacting with both. Although I did not end up with the black SUV that was my original objective, I am delighted with my Monsoon grey Q5. Thank you.

Pleasant, very comfortable. A first.

Bernie comes across a being very honest and straightforward which immediately made me feel very comfortable. There was no need to adopt the defensive, skeptical stance that seemed to be required in my past purchases of vehicles. He was more than willing to answer all my questions about the vehicle while I was at the dealership and after I had been driving it for a couple of weeks.
