My journey for the next best vehicle started October 2018 and ended March 26th, 2019. To say I am a bit particular is an understatement when it comes to my research with vehicles. That process is very enjoyable for me while I know for most it is not. Throughout the time I interacted with Justin Barnes at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. Justin was extremely patient, answered all my questions, never pressured me to make a decision and help guide me even after the sale. Justin was very responsive with texts, emails and phone calls. I am in sales as well and I will turn the other way when I feel I am getting pressured or the typical sales questions. I never felt that with Justin or the team at Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. I had a choice which Volvo location to purchase from. I did not select the location most convenient to me but rather the one I felt most comfortable with. I did go out of my way for this location but I am most confident and comfortable with my decision. I am also confident Justin treats everyone that enters the doors the same with respect, patience and care. Thank you again Justin (and Rex & Ken) for making the entire process enjoyable. I will be back for the next one and will send anyone I can your way.

Had a great experience working with Louis at Jim Ellis Volvo Mall of Georgia! Louis was very knowledgeable about the brand and all of the features the XC90 had to offer! Everyone from the sales manager to the finance department helped to make our car buying experience smooth and seamless. We had a great experience while shopping for our car. They had a very specific Nissan Leaf for sale on Autotrader. David greeted us quickly and took us on a great test drive. None of the staff was pushy and we didn’t feel as if we were being rushed into a deal. They worked with us on the price to get us to where we needed to be. We were impressed by their bottom line amount. There wasn’t a lot of unnecessary fees added to the price which we found very refreshing, especially after visiting a different dealership and they ended up adding an additional $2500. Our only complaint would be was that we had to wait for finance for quite a while. Since we were paying cash the entire transaction took very little time. I would recommend anyone looking for a Volvo or any car they offer to go see them.

We worked with Trevor James in the purchase of our new car, a 2016 Volvo XC60. We had just moved to Georgia, had been here two days when a woman, texting, ran into the back of our Volvo XC90, totaling our car. So, exhausted from the move and then the accident, the last thing we wanted was to look for a new car. We found the car on the internet, called and spoke with Trevor and he held the car for us. We travelled 2 hours from Macon, arrived to be met by Trevor to immediately go on a very pleasurable and informative text drive. The entire experience with Trevor and the rest of the staff was top notch. A touch of class. This was very welcome after all of our current stress. The experience here is top notch. We worked with Zach Cardaropoli. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. The entire purchase process was smooth with no pressure. Zach took care of everything by the time we arrived and it just took us about 15 mins to drive home our new car. I highly recommend making an appointment to visit Zach when looking for a new vehicle.
