Efficient
Got my oil changed it was fast and efficient. I was very happy they remembered to reset my oil life this time. Very friendly staff and very pleasant checkout service.

okay,service but didn't wipe down inside,windows and left oil traces on drivers door.Called service they came out to clean and said they would talk to the employee

Painless as usual
University Auto always treats you with respect, staff is pleasant, facility is very clean. I asked for them to see if they could fit in a oil change without a appt. and they did, very much appreciated.

UAC is top notch with customer service. Very helpfu and listened to what we wanted to purchase. Service after the sale is a priority with them. Was able to buy after market floor mats w/o having to order from the manufacter. got them the next day and no shipping costs.Everyone there has been great and oil changes are hassle free.
