Quick to get an appointment. Quick to complete the oil change. The place I’ve gone too before washed my vehicle which I really liked, so I was disappointed my car was not pretty on the outside. Cost was more than I’m used too but my first oil change was free!!! I will be coming back.

We were traveling through Idaho and ran into car problems with a truck we recently purchased. Went into Dave Smiths of Kellogg Idaho to have the mechanics check it out, or technicians as they corrected me on. They told us our truck wouldn't make it home and needed $2400 worth of work on it. They changed a part, claimed to have fixed it and sent us on our way. We didn't make it home without the same system error occurring with the DEF system. We made it home and contacted University Auto Center of Ellensburg, they got the truck in right away and found that what we were told was fixed was in fact not done at all. University Auto went above and beyond to get our truck fixed properly. They made the effort to prove the job was not done that we had paid for and were able to get Dave Smiths to cover the costs. They went the extra mile to get us taken care of. They have ALWAYS treated us with respect with all of our vehicle maintenance and repair needs. I almost gave up on trusting another mechanic but at least now I feel confident to bringing my vehicles in for regular/routine and major repairs.

As usual, my experience was seamless and quick. The employees were friendly and got me to and from work while they completed the oil change on my car.

Mike was easy to work with and not pushy while finding a truck to test drive and buy. Knowledgeable and willing to help find the perfect truck. Holly is friendly and quick to get through the financing process. Overall great service.

Had all weather floor mats installed, perfect fit, service center personnel were very courteous and friendly, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes!

Best of all, I got one of the best Dodge Durango’s on the lot, and I would not have gotten a better deal on the westside (Seattle), Yakima, Spokane, or the Tri-Cities...

Mike got me in right away and the mechanic Gould the problem. It was a sizable bill but my vip discount helped lesson that !! Mike is always so nice to work with. He does a great job communicating with us!!
