Work was done on schedule and at the price quoted. Liked the ability to drop off the keys the evening before and to pick the vehicle up when it was convenient for me when done.

Positive Experience with the Service Center

I took my Jeep in for an oil change and to diagnose why I have automatic start .... when my jeep doesn't have automatic start, LOL. Mike was great to work with and although they could replicate the automatic start they were unable to diagnose the problem without more time. We rescheduled the appointment and instead of charging me for 2 diagnostic calls he simply charged me for the oil change and we will deal with the diagnostic fees and labor on the next visit. My checkbook and I are most appreciative. Mike was very professional and very nice to work with. Tyra was professional and friendly at checkout.

No attention to detail

I brought my truck in for an oil change... They were great in the fact they got me right in... However...when my truck was complete, I got in and notice my oil life was at 13 % which is where it was when I brought the truck in..so I'm like hmm..that's strange... so I look at the key tag that was on my key and it had somebody else name on it !!!!!! Now I'm really like HMMM ...so then I look at the oil change sticker was incorrect... it says the truck will be due for its next oil change in april of 2018 ..well that was 6 months ago..so I went back in.. they at that point updated the oil life and said they put the wrong key tag on... Come on people it's not that busy you've gotta be better organize then that!!!

One of a kind!

Erick is the example of a sales professional who does it right! Is that simple. Really. From start to finish he is one you can actually trust! Erick greets you with a smile, remains HONEST with you and really does have your best interest at heart. Who would have thought this car salesman existed, right? Erick set himself apart by ONE: Being honest with me TWO: He really and truly Listened to me and THREE: He treated me as if HE was purchasing the car.. he wouldn’t settle and he sure wasn’t going to let me! I will be the first to tell you he is absolutely worth the drive. I will be back for all my vehicle purchases to comes.

Quick, helpful, efficient.

I was just a few hours from purchasing a new vehicle out of town when I received a call to come in an test drive from UAC. Once I explained my previous vehicle search problems and what I was looking for, DJ was quick to answer any questions, allow me to test drive, and got me into the vehicle I was looking for.

Excellent Service and Friendly People

I have purchased several vehicles from them and recently I used their body shop for some repair work. The work was done right and on time. My experiences with University Auto Center, DJ in Sales, Holly in finance and Paul at the body shop have been made so easy. I highly recommend them.

2014 RAM 2500 Service

The work was scheduled and executed promptly and correctly. Communication through the service process was great. Mike and Bre are always good to work with.

Just the way it should be

Great truck for a great price. Staffing made sure the numbers and truck was right for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership. After being in the business for 12 yeats and taking two dealerships to number one in customer satisfaction is saying a lot.
