My wife brought our truck in to have some steps installed and have it washed and have some scratches buffed out that were in it at time of delivery . First they didn't listen to my wife about what steps or the fact they were already paid for ,then they installed running boards and wanted to charge for them ! Then my wife had to take the truck back the next day and have the right steps installed, then the scratches got buffed out yet the truck was never washed!

Service at University got us in as quickly as possible, diagnosed the issue and repaired our truck. We truly appreciate having University Dodge for our diesel truck needs. Thank you University Auto.

Great job on my wash, vac and windows yesterday. It's so nice to get good customer service. Nothing is better than getting into a clean car!

The coffee/tea bar and snacks in the waiting room are a welcome addition. I do all my oil changes here and am always pleased.

Service was related a company recall regarding a potential brake problem. Service was done on time and in a very professional manner. These service personnel have always been very complete, courteous, and completed in time they noted. Have never had a bad experience in their service abilities.

They always do an excellent job, and so glad that they had a loaner car for me so I could use my time to complete errands. I know some things take longer than expected, but the crew that UAC has now are very customer friendly, and always polite and helpful.

DJ had my Yukon in and service began immediately. He offered me a loaner vehicle while his team had my car and I was back on the road to the west side in under 2 hours!
