Courteous staff,

We were treated very well by the courteous and friendly staff. The waiting room was clean and well appointed. The service was completed in a timely manner.

Closing

Had to wait a long time to sign the final papers that took only 5 minutes to sign but everyone was very pleasant from start to finish.

Very friendly

They are all very friendly and helpful when looking for a car. They didn’t have the car I wanted to look at the first day I came but the next it was there and I walked out with a new car!

Easy to work with

I have an extended warranty on my truck and they make it easy to use. They make all the calls, do all the legwork and I just pay the deductible. Easy to get vehicle in for diagnostics.

Was it worth it....

I felt that the employees of University Auto are knowledgeable, friendly, eager to help in any way and honest and transparent in our dealings. This is the 5th vehicle we have bought over the years, beginning about 1982, all with Dale Jurgens except the last one, 2 days ago. All good experiences.

Good service

Good service at a reasonable price. My only complaint is it took me a weeklong get my truck in for service. I guess that’s what happens when you are busy.

Great customer service

They really know how to take care of their customers. They didn’t mind that I was about an hour late due to my previous appointment running late. They have a very comfortable customer waiting area with coffee & tea. They even allow dogs for people who have car problems while traveling. When you are having a bad day due to repair costs on your vehicle their friendly service makes it a lot better!

Recall appt.

Had a recall on my 2014 Jeep, made the appointment, arrived and no sooner sat down with a cup of tea, then Mike Squire came in to say the recall was preformed and my Jeep was ready to go. Wow, fast and reliable service. Mike is a gem to deal with, thank you UAC.
