Great selection of cars, trucks, SUVs whatever your wanting with very low miles. They provide not only the Carfax but the Experian Auto Report as well, too cool if you ask me. No Games, No xx. Never once didn’t I feel as if I were being swindled by someone or forced into something that was a bad bad idea (different review, lol) Deesa is wonderful, she made the car buying experience not just comfortable but enjoyable. I’ve never said that about any sales person but especially cars sales people. Deesa had totally gained a ton of respect from someone who was traumatized and scarred by used car sales in the past. She sets the bar for what an ideal Sales Person should be. I’ve done this well over a dozen times and she’s the best for sure! 😁

Generally hate buying cars but we had a terrific experience at Grand Valley. We made an appt.. and Deesa had the car out front ready to drive. She assisted us with every question we had (with a great attitude). On the test drive, Deesa guided my son on how to drive a manual - With a great attitude, again. We appreciate the honesty, the helpfulness and service .

Deesa was great to work with, came in to look at one truck but she found me a much better deal and I was financed and driving off in 2 hours. First time buying from a dealership, they made it really easy!
