I inquired about a car at GVA with little expectations. I hate buying vehicles, so I'm always apprehensive about it. To my surprise, Deesa was very patient, accommodating and sincere. We negotiated a very reasonable sale and she took care of a few, small concerns I had with the car. This the kind of transaction I would expect, any time I buy something that costs several thousand dollars. No games, no sitting in "customer time-out" for hours on end, flinging a piece of paper with numbers on it back and forth. Deesa was extremely professional, personable and realisitc....low pressure and respectable. I would recommend buying a vehicle from her and at Grand Valley.
