Very happy with my sales person. Was willing to let me test drive the car I wanted even tough it was in the showroom on a rainy day.
Disappointing! Bought tires and noticed at home rims and tires smeared with white glue. Also no warranty papers for tires. Went back and had it cleaned... up. No apology for the extra time, guess it's something that comes off easily (never seen it before after buying tires). Some dealerships clean the whole car after service, I don't expect that BUT at least return the area that you worked on in a clean condition! Guess it doesn't matter on an old 2013 car! Last tires were bought at Costco, unbelievable good service and free tire rotation for 4 years! Wish I had waited and bought there again!

Told me they had just sold the car I wanted to see. Showed me another Kia, a 2015 with 18k miles for $16,500. Fair enough, but then said another thousand... for rust proofing, a thousand for the security system, and a thousand for the "fine print" that said I needed a newer trade-in than my old Ford. They wanted 20 grand for an older, though admittedly low mileage Kia when the same car brand new is $24,000. They said they'd come down to $17,500 but by then I felt like they were taking advantage.
I went to Cable dahmer Kia with the intentions to add a second vehicle to my my family, I had chosen the vehicle I wanted and began the process to get... it, I had been at the dealership for almost four hours waiting on the financial end, I was informed that they were still working on the financial end and that they would be giving me a temp plate to take the car home, they assured me that everything would go through and they would give me a call in the morning to have me come in to finish singing papers for the vehicle. I didnt receive one call to come on or a courtesy call to inform me they were still working on it, I waited until afternoon with still no call, I called to speak with the financial department only to be transferred and receiving no answer from anyone. I physically went and took the vehicle back to find out what was going on, when I arrived they receptionist informed my the financial sales person was in with other costumers, I waited over 30 minutes to speak with him, he then took me back to his office and said they were still working on the financial part, then he stated that they needed more information from me, which was false due to the fact I had physically given all the items he asked me for the day before, he asked why i was getting upset about the situation and i stated they I didn't even receive I updated phone call about the situation, I gave back the keys and thanked him for his service and said I was done with trying to purchase the vehicle, he then said to me " whatever have a good day". I believe his name was either EK Or EG, one of the worse experiences I have ever had, at the end of the day if you don't have the right credit score and willing to but a large amount of money down, the will not be in any hurry to help you. As I former Active Duty Military Member and current Military Reserve member, not even so much that just a customer in general, I didnt understand why I didn't receive even one courtesy call to let me know what was going on, very unfortunate situation and I truly hope no one else has to go through that, everyone should be treated fairly no matter what their financial situation is.
