Once again, Julie in service was great! I love that she remembers me and always makes it a point to make sure I'm having a good experience. On this occasion, your terminal wasn't reading my card and I had to run to the bank to pull out cash and return. I did so promptly and Julie assured everything would be fine and she trusted I'd return since I was a regular customer. Thank you for making feel at ease, some times these things can easily make someone feel ashamed for having their card declined but Julie handled it with sincerity. Thank you!
