Mckenna VW Huntington Beach

Great service for my car. I loved the facilities and the wait was not that long. I was able to enjoy refreshments and was updated every 2 minutes regarding the status of my car. Getting into the facility was easy . I was met by a very professional attendant and he showed me directly inside to the service counter. The facility was exceptionally clean and had a television and charging station for my phone

Everything was awesome! I'll definitely return! Danny Maynor took the time to make sure that we got a good deal on exactly the car I wanted. Everyone was there to serve.

Car I requested was clean & ready. Total transaction was 45 min (which is best I've ever had).. The lease Lady was super fun and cool. Very happy!!

This is my second time to this dealership for service and I cannot say anything negative. The service was extremely friendly, personal, and detail oriented. The customer service I recieved at this dealership in the service department far surpasses the service Ive recieved at the dealership I used to go to. The fact that they remember you by name, walk you over to the shuttle, go over the features of the loaner car if youre not familiar with it, and if youre not sure of something they make sure to provide you with an answer. The service department here is outstanding.
