Find A Den of Deception: A Masterclass in Deception
Find A Den of Deception: A Masterclass in Deception Victory Mitsubishi If you're even contemplating doing business with Victory Mitsubishi, let my experience serve as a blaring siren of extreme disappointment, warning you away from a dealership that operates with the cunning of liars and cheaters. My recent encounter wasn't just a letdown; it was a masterclass in deception and outright fraud, leaving me with no doubt that these practices are deeply ingrained in their operation. From my very first interaction, it was clear that Victory Mitsubishi runs a tight ship of deceit. Their sales representatives, whether on the phone or in person, acted in concert, spinning a web of inconsistencies and outright falsehoods. Advertised prices were nothing more than bait-and-switch tactics, dissolving into thin air the moment I stepped onto the lot. Vehicles I was assured were available were suddenly "Not available," conveniently paving the way for aggressive attempts to upsell me on far more expensive options. This wasn't just a mistake; it felt like a calculated strategy they've been doing for ages. Their phone support, though superficially polite, was a well-oiled machine for misinformation, not genuine assistance. I received written confirmations of pricing and availability, only to have them brazenly denied or rescinded the moment I arrived. When I dared to voice my concerns about their blatant dishonesty, I was met with a spectrum of responses ranging from cowardly avoidance and blame-shifting to outright, unapologetic contradictions. It was infuriating to be so clearly misled. My biggest regret, my true undoing, was failing to check their reviews before walking into this charade. Had I done my due diligence, I would have seen the overwhelming evidence of their fraudulent dealings and spared myself one of the most frustrating, costly, and utterly regrettable experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone - buying a car - was twisted into a stressful and financially draining nightmare by their deceptive practices. Don't fall victim to the deception and lies that permeate every aspect of their business. The sales representatives gave me names that don’t match any listed on this site, which raises serious concerns about their transparency.

The vast majority of the 5 star ratings are fictitious,
The vast majority of the 5 star ratings are fictitious, made by the employees, as is this 'dealership', a scam. Classic bait and switch, low ball a car online, then suddenly it "isn't available" and they try hard to up-sell. Swindlers, steer clear!!

Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The staff at Victoria Mitsubishi in New York are extremely rude and shockingly unprofessional. The salespeople are either clueless or intentionally misleading. All the prices they advertise online are completely false, and the cars they list don’t even exist in their inventory. They just post fake listings to lure you in. I called twice before leaving my house to confirm the availability of a specific car. Both times, I was told it was there. I drove 4 hours with my elderly father, only to be met with arrogance and lies. When I gave them the stock number and showed them their own ad, they laughed and said, “Have you ever heard of marketing?” Yes, I studied marketing — and nowhere does it say that lying to customers and bait-and-switch tactics are acceptable. That’s not marketing — it’s a scam. I wish I had read the reviews before going. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration — stay far away from this place.

Drove 4hrs to this dealership after having an appointment
Drove 4hrs to this dealership after having an appointment and having steady communication with the dealership for a week straight. Emails, Texts, Calls the day before and the day of making sure the car was ready and available and I even called when I was 30 mins away to double check and was told "Yes, we still have the car I'm looking at it right now through the dealership window". I get there and wait about 25-35 minutes for a sales representative and then we start talking numbers on the car and then I ask to go see it and the sales rep went to "go locate it in the lot" and then came back after 5 mins (He never went outside just talked to his "GM" the whole time) and he returned and told me the car has been in a separate mechanic shop since they got it and isn't available yet. He then tried to pressure me into getting a different car for double the price and when I declined, he got very agitated. Stay Far, Far away from this bait and switch scamming dealership.

They posted a listing of a 2014 land rover range rover
They posted a listing of a 2014 land rover range rover autobiography at 6k so I reached out. I was about to drive all the way from Texas to NY to see these xxxx bags when suddenly "it's not available anymore" meanwhile they bumped the price up by 20k and are now trying to reach out to me about it. I had a close friend in NJ, where I was born and raised' drive out there to check it out for me. Upon arrival they said the car looked nothing like online and that the people in the dealership kept trying to continuously scam him into settling for something way more expensive or way worse than what was listed. This place is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH dealership. A total scam and is being reported to the BBB as we speak for their horrible conduct. I pray that these scam artist crooks get what they deserve and go out of business. Hopefully this review helps someone to not get scammed like I almost did.

What could your management team possibly do to actually remedy this situation? Because i highly doubt there is anything you can do to fix this. And I'm not the only person that's gone to your dealership and had this experience.
I would review below zero star.
I would review below zero star. After checking and confirming availability of the vehicle, I was asked to come in person. Guess what like every other reviewer they made me drive 2 hours. Once there, I was told to wait as car is not in lot and at the service center (which is just across the street). After half an hour young man comes in and saying car is not available for showing. Pick something else. Total Scam. They just interested in sales lead inquiry not actual sale. Highly doubt that they have the vehicle I inquired about. Absolutely zero accountability. No manager available to talk at all. Don't waste your time driving there. and yeah when you call no one will mentioned to you that There will be an additional 5k to 6k extra in the name of destination fees, vehicle prep fees, Document prep fees. This 5k to 6k are top of advertize price and that excludes DMV - Tax. So guys don't fool yourself with this scammers.

Hi Max, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We understand how frustrating this must have been and will make sure your comments are shared with our management team for review.
I would give a negative 5 stars.
I would give a negative 5 stars. Typical bait and switch. They advertise an attractive price to get you on the lot. After the test drive, the sleazy salesman Christopher raised the advertised price by over $4000. Why? "Oh, someone should've told you about the fees we charge." Total xx, before driving for over an hour there, I made sure that there are no fees beyond a $175 doc fee that was discussed. They added over $4000 in xx dealers' fees. Google them before wasting your time. There's an FB group dedicated to this particular dealership called Victory Mitsubishi SCAM. You too? Do your due diligence before you waste your time and, God forbid, your hard-earned money at this establishment.

Do not buy from Victory Mitsubishi!
Do not buy from Victory Mitsubishi!! The most untrustworthy car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Their sales floor is a mess—completely understaffed and inexperienced. You’ll wait forever and won’t even get someone who’s authorized to sell you a car. Don’t believe anything they tell you over the phone about prices. They tried to slap on almost $5000 in “fees” on a preowned vehicle. It’s a complete scam—don’t waste your time!!
