Following a two-hour ride from home to this dealership and spending hours with the staff, we ended up purchasing a used $25,000 vehicle from this dealer. While there, we met all four of the employees in the building and all seemed to get in on the act of telling us how great the vehicle was, all the work that had been done to it, if we didn't like the vehicle, they'd buy it back in a heart-beat, etc. Within 2 days the check engine light was on stating O2 sensors were bad = $350 out of pocket. I spoke with the owner regarding this believing the dealership was reputable and would provide at least some support. Unfortunately, I was told he had too much into this truck and that he can sleep at night so he's not providing anything towards the repair. Within the first week of ownership, it threw three more codes needing repair. This time my son (owner of truck) calls the owner (Jim) to inform him of what's happening and to see if they can help with these issues as they are piling up fast. Again, he blew us off by stating "I told your dad its used and you own it, I'm not a warranty company and you should have bought one the other day when I offered one to you". My son told him that Chad (employee) had told us he'll buy the truck back if were not happy with it, the owner replied "then talk to Chad" and hung up on him. They also lowballed us on the trade and stated they would never put our vehicle on their lot; it's on this site now for three times what they offered us . . . more BS. Bottom line is if you are looking for professionalism, honesty, support after sale and above all a solid used vehicle for your hard-earned dollars, I would highly suggest LOOKING ELSEWHERE. Never again!

Exceptional experience
From beginning to end, our experience at 355 was exceptional! Chad walked us through all our options and couldn’t have made our buying experience any easier. This was the least stressful car purchase we have ever made. When it came time to complete the purchase and sign the papers, Penny in the office could not have been more wonderful. She was very organized and detailed and absolutely made sure we didn’t have any concerns or questions. If you are looking for a quality car and exceptional customer service then 355 is definitely the place!

Excellent Customer Service!!
My teen son recently purchased an "AS IS" used car from here. Days after purchase, we discovered something was wrong . We immediately took it back. 355 had no obligation, but helped tremendously. Staff, namely Jim(co owner) and Cruz were very gracious with us. They didn't leave us with a broken car, but worked with us with several options, including repairs. They and other staff were AMAZING!! Everyone, including the original sales guy Chad made this buying process easier. They did exactly what they promised, and my son loves his car!

Deserves 5 stars!
I hope people actually read these reviews because this dealership deserves 5 stars, it's a shame other people's clueless reviews have driven their rating down on this site. From the owner that I met( I think there's more than 1?), to the sales team, to the service department, these guys are too notch! They're professional, humorous, courteous and all around GOOD people and they GOT my sense of humor LOL(not everybody does)! Carlos was our sales guy and he was quite awesome, not pushy at all! I called before I came out, and Carlos had the vehicles I was interested in, lined up and waiting for me to test drive when I got there! I purchased my truck maybe an hour or so before close and it needed a couple very minor issues addressed. I live 2 hrs away and had to drive back for the services to be performed the next week. No big deal, not their fault I live so far away! They got my truck in straight away and sent me off to the mall in a loaned vehicle so I could get some lunch and have something to do while I waited. I really can't say enough good things about these guys! I am VERY happy with my purchase! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone I know!

The truck turned out to be a lemon
I bought a truck the headlights didn’t even work after I took it home I’ve had to do $3000 worth of repairs I’ve owned it two months the salesman told me they check out all the vehicles I wouldn’t believe it

Worst purchase experience ever. Don't waste your $
Initially, with the exception of the shortage of lending options offered/bad rate, we liked the experience. The vehicle was pretty clean, and a minor paint issue was sorted before I returned to do the deal. Unfortunately, the AC that was also to be fixed, wasnt. The part needed hadnt come in, and after taking time off work to drive 1 hr each way to do deal (we both work 6 days a week) we were promised a fix when it came in. So, we did deal. Took home an escalade for 17k plus, in a growing brutal heatwave. The salesman assured us he would drive down to pick vehicle up for the fix, and return it, leaving a loaner car. 2 weeks of mostly 85-100 degree days later and a dozen 2 hour a day commutes in horrible heat later, I had to skip closing at work to drive out myself. 3 hours later, Im still in their office waiting. A loaner car was denied, so instead of getting errands done, or eating, here I am. This is all AFTER having to replace slide pins in brakes last week, and BOTH front wheel bearings. The first was an emergency sunday in a rainstorm on side of road repair so doubly unpleasant. The vehicle wouldnt have made it into the shop without likely losing a wheel otherwise. Ultimately, they held me up 4 hours, THEN said the part wasn't there afterall, and finally gave me a beat loaner. When vehicle was returned supposedly fixed, no parts had been changed. A bad splice was added to the ac coolant line, the line was bent doing so, and the ac was recharged. A day later, no a/c. After raising holy xxxx, they FINALLY ordered the part that was supposed to have been ordered 4 weeks prior. No way on God's green earth would we trust them to install it correctly. We picked up part, inspected it to be sure it was correct, and left with it to install ourselves. Run away fast, they aren't capable of honoring any legitimate sales contract. Even when given in writing, they will f*co you around hoping you will give up and go away before making good on terms of sale.

We know you came a long way to make deal with us because we were the best priced, It would have been a lot easier to accommodate the issues with your purchase if you weren't so far away. Completely ripped me off
I feel I got completely ripped off on the vehicle i purchased . I do have bad credit so I get it . It’s hard to be financed . But to be charged an extra 1000.00 on the sticker price I just don’t understand it . Then I was told my payments would be 256.00 and I call the finance company and they are 296.00 . When I told the guy I wanted to stay around 150.00 for my payments . So the explanation I received about the extra 1000.00 I was being charged didn’t even make sense . They just said they had to make their money somehow !! Complete bull !!! Don’t come here for your next car purchase especially if your credit isn’t the best . They will screw you over

05 Chevy Silverado pickup
Started looking for pickup for my son under $10k and stopped at 355 North Auto Sales based on vehicles I had seen on cars.com and other sites. I was very skeptical of dealers looking for a pickup at this price as I knew it would need to be a older model and not perfect condition. when I visited 355 they were welcoming and not pushy in trying to find a fit for my budget. We looked at a couple vehicles and did not purchase as I wanted to shop around mainly due to my skeptical nature and expectation of finding better vehicles and deals elsewhere. After i visited at least 7 dealers and drove over 10 trucks I ended up back at 355 auto as it was clear their inventory was as advertised and pricing very competitive. Many vehicles look great on internet pics but upon 1st hand inspection and test drive are far from advertised and quite frankly junk. Just because a vehicle is used doesnt mean it should be trash. 355 inventory is as advertised and no xxxxxx business with the staff. Michael(sales) was a very respectful young man who did a good job showing pickup truck vehicles and following up with me. Frank(mgr) was completely transparent with the truck I was interested in and feel like the deal was very fair for a good condition older vehicle. In fact, I had a couple concerns that Frank had addressed immediately without hesitation which turned out very minor and corrected with zero hassles. I am not one to write reviews but in this case was so very impressed with the staff at this dealership, the inventory is really good and I trust that my son has been put into a safe and reliable truck. I would recommend to anyone to check these guys out if you're in the market for a used vehicle. Thank you 355 North
