Great experience!

The whole process of buying a car was made very easy with 355 North Auto. Ilene was a genuine and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I felt very well taken care of by them. I will definitely be looking to purchase with them again down the line.

Super Creepy Scummy Feel

We felt so incredibly uncomfortable with the sales manager here. The associate who did the test drive was ok, but the sales manager was so aggressive he actually made me (a young female) get a xxxx-y feeling. He kept asking questions like "so why are you guys holding back on this" and kept pushing us to take it before my husband and I even had a chance to discuss whether we even liked the car. We left without a sale and he was still relentlessly trying to push a sale on us. They only let us test drive one car and they used every tactic in the car salesman textbook. Highly unpleasant experience and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Timely, informative, seemed fair. Looking a purchase online, specific vehicle had already sold. My online experience was good, I have continued to look at new inventory.

Poor Customer Service

I was in contact with salesman Matthew about a vehicle I was interested in throughout the day. He confirmed there were no issues with the vehicle he was aware of, but recently received it on trade and no inspection. I arrived at the dealership to find out the car had transmission problems. They told me the mechanic checked the car about an hour prior to my arrival. I did not receive a phone call or email to relay this information as I travelled over an hour to get to their establishment. Customer service is lacking and such a wasted trip.

I went there looking for a van and found what I was looking for the entire staff was friendly and helpful and the owner John helped me from the time I walked on the lot til he delivered the van to my neighborhood because I couldn't get anyone at that time to follow me to the dealership..i will be buying my next vehicle from this dealership thank you John for a refreshing experience good cars at good prices

I would like to say that my buying experience was delightful no pressure from the owner or sales staff they helped me in every way they have a lot of nice rides over 100 I imagine different makes models and colors there just starting up but they should be a success if they continue to do what there doing my next used car will be from there a nice place to do business priced right and dependable vehicles.
