I was working with a dealership in Baltimore where I live. I felt so pressured speaking to the salesman that I actually got a headache. They held me hostage in the dealership and I was extremely overwhelmed with the whole experience. Three hours later, I was totally turned OFF. Quick, Reliable, Professional. I emailed VINs late one night, received a response early next day. Zach took care of me from start to finish with no stress or hassle and didn't oversell or fed me unnecessary information, which i appreciate. Bought a beautiful car for a great value. Purchasing the car was very quick, about one hour total. Fees are not hidden and reasonable and well explained, so that was another thing that was stress free. Overall its been a great experience.

I wasn't sure if the time was right to purchase a car, but Zach took the time to answer all of my questions and just chat with me. Zack is such a nice person, you feel like you've known him forever. Ultimately, he took all of work and aggravation out of car buying. He gave me every answer and/or document I needed and assured me the car was as clean as it seemed online. He even called me on his day off. He ran real numbers, so there was no guess work. When I arrived after the 1.5 hour ride, the car was sitting out front, ready to test drive.
