Don't waist your time. The sales manager Louis G. Acheampong is dishonest and rude. There are many other local honest dealerships. When the vehicle was brought around to be test drove there was a loud clicking coming from under the hood. Clearly indicating a known mechanical issue that was rudely and disrespectfully denied by Louis G. Acheampong. We proceeded to sit inside the vehicle where more abnormal noise was coming from the heat vent. During the test drive the sales rep only took us around a crowded block only allowing the vehicle to reach speeds of 35. The vehicle required full pressure on the gas pedal and had a very noticeable delay before accelerating. The sales rep stated the type of vehicle was a family vehicle and not suppose to accelerate right away. We have driven those same type of vehicles for a decade and know otherwise.

Dealer promised to fix a known issue with the radio. After giving me the runaround and having me drive to Manassas 3 times (an hour each way), and keeping my car for a week and a few days, they did not fix the issue they promised to fix. BMW dealer diagnosed the issue and it will cost over $3200 to fix. This problem impacts other features of the car as well. Broken promise, don't trust what they tell you. Get it in writing or they will blow you off and screw you over.

Vehicle was exactly as described; fair price; it was a very quick turnaround when I picked it up; it was just an excellent buying experience.
