Horrible Servie
I bought a kia rio from them and with in a month problems started happening. The service manager then promised me that the car would be fixed with in two days. I waited two weeks and nothing was done! Horrible service will never tell anyone to go there terrible buisness.

My mother's Dodge Caliber had 55,000 miles on it and started losing power. She called 3 other dealers who couldn't look at it any time soon. She then got an appointment with Elm Grove Dodge. They had her car for a month and charged her $1500 to fix it. Every time they put it on a machine, they charged her for the reading. She got the car back and lost power and was almost hit by a truck. They towed the car back and had it for another week and a half and told her it was fixed. She made it to West Alexander (right down the road) and then lost power. She just got rid of it and bought a Chevy at Blue Knob. I would add that my mother needs a car and calls to the Service Department, Managers, and even an e-mail to the Executive Manager got no help with the problem. She is out $1500.

Felt welcome and appreciated
I had a good feeling dealing with Drew and he was more than ready to help me understand how some things worked on the truck. Finance department got me a great rate also. Will be recommending their service.
